Hands down the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Team is always on point, even during the busy morning rush. Fast, efficient,... enthusiastic. I wish I knew his name, but there is one gentleman in particular who has the most wonderful energy and attitude.He goes out of his way to make everyone have a stellar experience and great start to their day. Amazing service!! I placed a mobile order and accidentally selected the wrong store. I showed up here and a nice lady (didn't... get her name) asked me "Hi my love, do you have a mobile order?" And we figured out I placed it at another store accidentally.She immediately offered to make my order (2 frappes and 2 egg bites) and got it out SO FAST. It was also a custom drink orderand it was made perfectly by the baristas here. And she didn't charge me for having to make my order. The food and drinks weredelicious and fresh. I'm so thankful! Love this location great coffee seemingly happy people the guy Derek that has an axolotl on his name tag needs a raise and or... promotion he was born to work in customer service. While waiting for my coffee to be made one busy morning I sat and watchedeveryone hard at work and the way he handled a complaint on top of everything else going on I was impressed he's veryprofessional, kind, and funny. The worst hot cocoa I have ever had, I immediately poured it down the sink, the cup and tiny green stir thing went right into... the garbage. I really don?t see what the hype is about this place. I?ll prob be dogged quite a bit for my review. Take it fromme though just buy some milk and Hershey cocoa powder and make it from scratch at home. Sadly I have no photos of thisexperience, I will however continue to send my grandchild a gift card since he likes the vanilla bean frappe thing and this iswhat Gaga does. Read more
When the clermont starbucks closest to me failed me by having no advance ordering or in store pickup or walking in at all, this... Starbucks had my back. I got breakfast here twice the past couple days with my gift card and it was great. Even though i orderedin store my food and drink came fairly quickly and this Starbucks didn't make me late. this is THE best starbucks in the area. there are a couple stores closer to home, but sometimes my parents & i will take the... extra time to go here. the partners are super kind & amicable. drinks come out super quick, with PERFECT consistency & tasteevery time. they always do it right here ?? keep up the great work, everyone, i appreciate you so much!!!
