Went in there an hour before closing placed a simple order. My biggest mistake was to trust them to have my order correct in a... bag. Guess what? I get home they left out all the items we ordered. I called KFC and the manager there was the worst and withthe biggest attitude like if I was the one that made the mistake. Read more
My granddaughter 1 year old vomit alittle the coleslaw the employee practically throw us out mop the floor & making comments... that we were not appropriate & to top it off I had made a big order. Very sad ???? Read more
Ordered a mashed potato bowl and asked for no corn and extra gravy, ended up with an entire bowl of corn and no gravy. Workers... were in there yelling and playing around. They were more worried about playing around than making orders correctly and I evenwaited ten minutes for a potato bowl and a chicken sandwich. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Read more
Mobile app didn?t send my order to them until 7 minutes before pickup estimate, 20 minute delay. Staff was terrific keeping us... informed of the wait and we got fresh chicken from the fryer ???? Read more
I ordered a mash potatoe bowl. Instead of using the popcorn chicken, they chopped up something else. In my opinion, this throws... off the taste and consistency. And not for the good. Do yal not use the popcorn chicken in them anymore? Honestly, it tastedlike they just an old peice of chicken they had laying around. Read more
Awful! Ordered online picked up at drive thru was good but food was terrible. Chicken tenders were tough, fried chicken skin was... very tough and chewy, mashed potatoes were ice cold and thick like paste, biscuits were hard, and they forgot to pack dippingsauce. I may never go to a KFC again. Read more
I am a fan. They have the best coleslaw! Great place to pick up your salad if that's what you said you would bring and just do... have the time to make. Really like their chicken but should only eat as a special treat once in a while. Read more
