We just left after a delightful lunch for three. David, our server was very attentive even with many other tables under his... care. The cleanliness and ambience were top notch. The quality and freshness of produce and fish were second to none. Excellentacross the board and highly recommended for a very reasonable and exciting meal! If you love sushi, get the sushi boat for two.Perfect value! This is my new weekly place to eat. I will be trying their Poke restaurant across the street this afternoon. It’s that good! Read more

Overpriced for what you get / small portions. Food was generally tasty but not notably so. Asked for shrimp sauce and was given... a small bit only to find out later on they charged us $.75 for it. Apparently making a change in a dish asking for all carrotsis another dollar. A lot of nickel and dime treatment. Save yourself the money and the disappointment and go to Pei Wei orsomewhere else where they know customer service and don’t up charge you for everything. Read more

Best sushi this side of Japan. Tremendous variety only eclipsed by the quality of their food. My go to restaurant for a quick... bite or large gathering. Always exceeds my expectations. Read more

If you’re in the Winter Garden area and would like a truly delicious Japanese meal from a family run restaurant with friendly... and attentive staff you really must stop by Gochi! If you’re not greeted at the door by Kyoko herself one of the servers willgreet you and get you settled either at the sushi bar, family dining tables, or one of their stylish hot coal Japanese/Koreanstyle barbecue grills. I’ve tried almost every style of cuisine they offer and each are meticulously prepared and delicious, but let’s start with the BBQ at the grill table. The grill tables are immaculately clean and stylishly appointed with gorgeouscopper overhead grill vents. I ordered the marinated Kalbi, Ribeye and Pork Jowls (????) with an assortment of veggiesincluding onions and zucchini and highlighted by spicy Shishito Peppers. The owner Kyoko graciously came over to greet me andasked if I had ever tried this style of self cooking on a grill table over hot coals… I assured her I had. She smiled andpolitely guided me through my false bravado, stopping by every once in a while to make sure I didn’t overcook the steak orveggies. Listen to her advice! If you do you’ll have a really delicious experience! Their Tonkotsu Ramen is the best I’veever had. First off, their Chashu (seared rolled pork) is home made with love and tastes it! It rests on a bed of perfectlycooked whole wheat ramen with green onions and spices in a toothsome Tonkotsu broth. ???? Don’t put any extra spices or hoteven sauce in it. ???? Their homemade bone broth is perfectly seasoned and evolves as you progress through the meal subtlychanging and becoming a bit spicier as you reach the bottom of the bowl. I loved it! There are also a wide selection of entreessuch as Beef and Chicken Teriyaki, Korean Short Ribs and Sushi! All the sushi I had there was fresh and had the firm textureand sweet ocean flavor that I look for. While the selection is limited, what they serve is perfectly prepared. The Conch and Be Read more

Something for everyone! What did I get I ate from the vegetarian menu. I got from the Lemon edamame and veggies tempura from... the appetizers and the sweet potato roll without cream cheese. The tempuras were great, only the one broccoli and the onionball, the batter was all clumped up and didn't seem like it was fried through... I was eating batter. Yes I get it, with theseveggies it can be hard, but I never has the onion ball giving me full of batter feelings... My friend got some rolls andmentioned that the fish was very fresh! and I could see that they looked good! **I do wish there were more creative options fornon-fish eaters.. Well for vegan eaters. Environment Really really nice environment. It is in a plaza off 50, so plenty ofparking available. The interiors was super nice, they have a full bar with nice and fancy cocktails and also have the BBQ ventsfor those that would like to partake in the BBQ-ing. OH the menu is digital, there are QR codes on all the tables. Niceness ofthe staff The staff was very nice, came around to fill the water and was very attentive. The food came out all at the same time,so that is good... Dollar Typical Japanese restaurant prices. The sweet potato roll was $6, the veggies and edamame were alsounder 10$ Yes? I'd return to try more of the other items on the menu. I'd recommend it to friends that are on this side of town Read more
