Once again a delicious meal meeting my dietary restrictions - gluten free, dairy free and low salt. Co-owner Russ put together... a KIDDIE plate (but no meat) - he gave me the "recipe" - choose five: kale slaw no dressing, spinach no dressing, diced redpeppers, roasted almonds, brown rice, and chickpeas. Herb balsamic dressing on the side to dribble on - the combination wasdelicious, for me, there was enough to take leftovers for dinner, reducing any sodium input at one meal. Off the bat this place is cute and welcoming. It reminds me of a healthier chipotle and I won?t be surprised if it becomes... popular. There were a lot of different options and a good variety. I ordered a Avocado Cauliflower rice and I had no clue it hada kick to it. If I would?ve known, I would?ve ordered something a bit different. This place was incredible. The staff was funny and super friendly. I believe I might be frequenting this place often. The food... options were great and the taste was even better. It was my first experience here and the staff was so helpful and informativeand their suggestions were perfect! Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures only because I was so amazed by everything andcouldn't wait to get home and try it. The salmon is great. I am so excited that FK decided to come to Winter garden! They have so many delicious options and you don't have to feel guilty... about eating any of it. To add, the staff is friendly and efficient, especially when the line was long and out the door. Westill were able to get through and receive our food and a timely manner.
