The place is brand new in Winter Garden, but with a few employees we can see a dirt floor and just a few options of donuts. Too... bad. I like donuts and their drinks. But every time a I go there I don't find different donuts flavors. Read more

Tee is awesome! Every morning she?s there and ready to serve the best quality coffee and fresh bakery products! She goes the... extra mile every time I?m there and greets me with the biggest smile. This location is absolutely awful. The wait for your order to be taken is 5-10 mins minimum without fail, and that?s with only 2... cars in the drive-thur. The staff is completely intolerant to costumers time and works at their own pace. My last strike withthem was just a couple of days ago when I was the only person in line and I waited nearly 30 minutes for a cold brew andsandwich with more and more people forming behind me. And to make matters worst to me being late to work the coffee had noflavoring and the sandwich had a salty frittata on it instead of a regular egg. Unbelievable. The grand opening sign was up so I tried it out! Waited in line for 5 mins before another customer person, who was also waiting... by the front door, drove past to tell me that they were not open. Even though there were employees inside. Second try: my orderwas wrong, even though they repeated it to me correctly, coffee was old and bitter. 3rd and final strike, today I went to go getdonuts for my class and when I opened the box I discovered that the donuts were half done and two of them didn?t even havefrosting or sprinkles on them. Avoid this Dunkin?!!! I waited 32 minutes in the drive-thru and ordered an ice coffee and a wake-up wrap. They tried giving me a... hot coffee and when I told them it was supposed to be iced, they just poured the hot coffee into a cup with ice. I was left witha lukewarm, flavorless coffee. I get home and open the wrap to put some ketchup in since they were out at DD and found thatthere were 2 small ripped apart egg pieces. I grew up in New England loving DD and this type of service would not fly up there.Lady at the window offered no apologies and was too busy laughing and talking with co-workers.
