Tried to order on a Sunday. On hold 15 minutes. Drove over and placed the order in person. Was told pick up in 30-35 minutes.... Came back after 30 minutes. Pizzas hadn?t even been started. The owner/manager has ONE person there on a Sunday to get calls,man the counter, make product, clean, etc. I felt sorry for the young lady there. Owner/manager should be there working ifshort staffed. Been ordering there for my business for 8 years. No more. I enjoy the thin crust pizza from here. I think the service kind of fluctuates. For the most part it?s not bad, but it?s never... great. I found myself uncomfortable with the female worker I dealt with, and paying with cash is apparently a big chore for themto handle, and a pain for them to have to deal with. They have to open the safe and all, just to get change. I feelunappreciated as a customer here. Service is still better than the Windermere location, I?d say, but not much. 3/5 Read more

Ordered for pick up, not curb side or delivery. Pick up. Paid online, went in the store and the employee was extremely rude... about forcing to sign a receipt when I had already paid online. Very unprofessional. Also there was SO much sauce and barely ANYcheese on my pizza. Not happy with this Dominos at all. Read more

I was waiting for a curbside service. As soon as I arrived I clicked (Here) on the app. Immediately a 2 minutes count down... stared on the clock. There is an advertisement saying get your order in 2 minutes or get a free pizza. Somebody inside stoppedthe clock when it was 1:17. I waited over 7 minutes inside my car and nothing yet. I had to get out of my car, get inside andask for my order. I asked one employee about my free pizza and nobody answered me. My question is: Why do you offer 2 minutes orget a free pizza if you not gonna give it. It?s just scam. Read more

Just ordered a large three-top pizza from Domino's and I found a big piece of plastic (See pictures) in my pizza. I literally... choked on it! I can't believe they were so careless!!! I couldn't imagine my son choking in this instead of me! This isdefinitely a lawsuit waiting to happen! Read more

We ordered carryout and it was quick, but it was BURNED pizza, barely sauce on it and also the cookie/brownie was BURNED too and... hard as a rock, horrible, pizza had no flavor. We understand it was rush hour, after 7pm when everyone order, but that's not anexcuse to make it wrong... Read more
