We had a pick up order. One of the orders was a fried house salad. This by far the worst salads I have ever had from any Zaxby?s... location. The portion of the lettuce was very small, it barely came with any. Then, they put a bunch of cheese, cucumbers andtomatoes. So basically majority of the salad was cucumbers and cheese. And they didn?t even put fried onions on mine. On top ofall this? I?m not sure if she?s the manager or employee but she had a very disgusting attitude. They gave the wrong side, and cold food soaked in puddle of grease after very slow service. Was missing dressing for salad and... dipping sauce for side. Went back for refund, as the food just so gross. Gave me attitude for their mistake. They said, "Ishouldn't of picked up the wrong order" when I used the drive through. Horrible staff. (Drive thru) Literally wasn't busy at all and they forgot one out of the 3 meals I ordered (which they thoughti was lyingabout... ), they forgot I said no ice in my drink and my substitute sauce since I'm not a fan of the zaxby sauce. Food was delicious, fresh and hot. The 2 employees who waited on us (drive thru) were very unfriendly. They acted like we were... bothering them. One who fixed our drinks , turned around when she was done, turning her back to us, and got on her cell phone(management shouldn't allow that or their employees to be wearing personal ear buds). The other questioned our receipt over aquarter cup of water. Just very unfriendly. I have never had this type of service before at a Zaxby's. I definitely won'treturn to this location. Read more

This has to be the SORRIEST Zaxby?s I?ve ever been to. Had to return my food 3 times because they wanted to give me what they... wanted instead of what I WANTED. I left with what I got because I just got tired of dealing with it. Went through the drivethrough & won?t ever be back again. Read more

Ordered 5 piece with slaw, received 4 piece with extra fries. Lady working the cash register was pleasant but had to almost... yell for her to hear your order and was kind of embarrassing because everyone behind me had to do the same things with theirorder. Come through the drive through often and never an issue but attempted dine in since it has been awhile, but surely won?tbe coming inside again and may even choose another location for lunch after today. The zaxby experience would have been great BUT, my vinaigrette dressing was missing from the bag. (Don't you hate driving home... ready for that taste and something is messing from the bag ???????. Its like the whole experience is ruined). I had vinaigretteat home but it wasn't Zaxby's which altered the taste of my salad. Sometimes the small thing's count.
