This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I just left th1s store and the staff is USELESS!! I attempted to order a 30 pc boneless meal deal.... Cashier rang me up for just 30pc boneless wings by itself. They had to have a Mgr to refund my money on my card and after trying2 pay for correct order, THEN he tells me that it could take 1 to 2 days for money 2 be refunded. I'll NEVER eat at thislocation again. They drained my account and I received no food or nothing!! If you want zaxbys I strongly suggest the one offof Hanes mall Blvd or even the one in King!! Thus was my first time visiting a Zaxbys a I was not disappointed. We went through drive through and got a salad, snap pack... meal, and nibbler. It was ready right after we got to the window. Ordered the family pack of tenders in the drive thru. After paying I had to pull forward to wait on the order. Not a problem... because if they had 20+ tenders sitting around all the time they would be rubbery. They brought out the order and even with thedrive back home the fries and tenders were screaming hot and very tasty. Will be back again. Read more

I usually LOVE y?all all the time but this is Messed Up! I paid extra to get my chicken tossed in Insane sauce, tossed not... drizzled here and there. For those 60 cents I could of just asked for a side of insane and paid only 25cents! Pretty consistent chicken ???? and sandwich ???? joint in town. The staff are friendly and professional even though the service... can be on the slow side. (This says more about the process than the staff). I recommend this restaurant for chicken tenders,wings, ???? salads, sandwiches, ????sides, and affordable lunch options.
