Today was my 1st time ever going to this location. I will never come back. They never came on the speaker to take my order. I... sat there waiting for 5 minutes. Then I thought maybe it was broken down. Even though there was no posted sign. So I drove overto the window were the lady was taking the order from the people behind me. As I sat at the window waiting for service the ladyjust walked away. Not even acknowledging that I was there. So I sat & waited another 5 minutes before I just drove away withoutany food. Read more
I've stopped at this location several times over the past few years. It never fails that whoever is working the window is rude.... To the point that it seems as though they're trying to top the last visit. I stopped for breakfast 2 days ago and yes, it was10 minutes before the switch to lunch but it was still breakfast time - the woman at the window made it a top priority to waituntil the window was open to ridicule the time that I showed up saying things like always gotta have one waiting until the lastminute. She wouldn't make eye contact and would not return the normal pleasantries going along with my thank yous and have agreat day. She does not know why I had to show up at that time, nor should it matter. Although I've no issue ignoring therudeness of the past, this visit will be my last. I come here because there are outside tables with umbrellas. I usually find their air conditioning is too cold. Besides, I... like to sit outside. The area provides good people-watching, a hobby I learned from my wife years -- decades -- ago. Better,there's a great view of the sky towards the south and west. I generally order a Dave's Double, with no bread, no cheese,'cause I must eat dairy and gluten free. I specifically ask for ALL the other ingredients. You'd be amazed how often I'mserved a couple of naked burger patties, after having specified ALL other ingredients. This time, the fellow on the front endgot it right, went round to the preparers to make sure they did so. When my order came -- reasonably fast, given the long lineat the drive through -- the lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles were supplied, but no condiments all. I've literally beeneating here now and again, and for awhile on a weekly basis, for 20 or so years. There have been many variations, occasionallyperfection. Hope springs eternal... P.S. This Wendy's is TERRIBLE. I just went through the drive-thru and it took 40 minutes from waiting at the order box to get my... food, and there was only 1 car in front of me and maybe 2 customers inside. Not only was the wait tremendously slow, they got 2items wrong on a $20 order. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, and ordered a medium frosty and didn't receive it, after 40minutes. The young woman at the window wasn't very friendly either. Absolute terrible service. I recommend going to any otherWendy's than this one, just a terrible experience. If this is how bad it is when they're slow, imagine them busy. Consideringhow bad the service was, no wonder they weren't busy on a Friday dinner. Edit: Don't come to this location unless you want to spend over 15 minutes or more to get to the window. I've tried this... location a good amount of times to give it a chance, but it keeps letting me down. Most of the times that I've been at thislocation they've gotten my order correct. The food is good when you get it, but the problem is how slow service is. In fact,I've written this review and listened to 3 songs before I ordered. We have been eating at this location since we moved here 16 years ago. In the last year we have experienced wrong food, cold... food and slow service. Worst time was getting 2 chicken sandwiches. Should have been 1 soicy 1 not for my two grandchildren.They were both spicy so one kid ate a peanut butter sandwich. Today we ordered a frosty thinking that it could not be bad but wewere wrong. It was frozen with ice crystals not the correct texture at all. That's the last time we will go there. Read more

On Nov 7, 2022 we stopped and went in to eat. We waited for 10 minutes at the counter but no one took our order. The two... gentlemen ahead of us left and we finally gave up. Went down the road to burger king and got excellent service. Avoid thisWendy's if you do not have all day to wait. No management appeared to be in the store. Read more
