I always wondered why this location never had many cars in the drive thru. Everything was very unorganized. The food was fine... but took too long considering how many staff were there and how few customers there were. Read more
I stop here a lot probably about 33 to 4 times a week the staff between the hours of 5 o'clock and 7 are really friendly this... location never seems to have some of the stuff on the menu though that's weird but still good service so I give it 5 stars. Notin the best area but it's a convenience to the factories in workplaces surrounding. The staff is always nice. Read more
Incredibly slow drive-thru...OMG! Several vehicles bailed instead of waiting. In their defense, the young man at the window was... in training. In the end, the staff was friendly and apologetic. My order was correct and hot but I'd avoid them at peak hours orif you're pressed for time. Read more
Really nice staff and food good always fully cooked and delicious. The location is convinent but i feel like they are over... staffed and overwhelmed. Or maybe employees just take their time ive had to wait a long time for a simple order that when iworked in fast food, it should already be prepped atleast thats always how its been done. Read more
Ordered $5 Biggie Bag. Staff was excellent and friendly. They made sure I didn't drive off without my debt card when I almost... did. Took less than a minute to get food after being asked to pull forward to wait. Woman who brought my food was pleasantly enthusiastic. Nuggets were hot and fries were crispy and fresh. My boyfriend stopped here after work tonight, we both had work a full day and wanted something quick, but also hot and fresh!!... Which we got none of the above! This Wendy?s we have given its last chance for quality. He ordered two $5 Biggie Bags, the frieswere extra well done, burnt as a matter of fact as well as the nuggets and our sandwiches were horrible.
