Food was hot and exactly what I ordered and budget friendly. Service was super pleasant and my order was repeated for clarity... before placing the order for preparation. Atmosphere was clean outside in the parking lot as I ordered thru the drive thru. Asafe and comfortable feeling to eat in your vehicle without panhandlers approaching. Ordered two large chili for a total with tax of $6.83. Service was good and fast at 4:17 PM on Sunday, October 2, 2022. Ate the... chili at home and found very little beef in my chili. Very disappointed with that but it had plenty of beans in it and adequateflavoring. Also they put plenty of packages of crackers and hot sauce in the bag with my order. Read more
Almost finished my burger before noticing a fiber like fuzz attached to 1/4 of the burger patty/cheese. No telling if the part... I'd eaten was affected. I returned the remainder of my order for a refund and although the refund was processed (I hope as Iwasn't given any proof), they ALL looked at me like I was the problem. No apology, no concern whatsoever and no idea what thefuzz could be. I wasn't about to drink my drink or eat my potato given the condition of my burger. At 1230pm dining room closed. No signage up. Doors said dining room open and hours. Frustrating. The drive thru was moving. We... order 6 junior cheese burger deluxe. So cold the cheese wouldn't bend. Meat hard. On two burgers lettuce no bigger than 2 1/2inches x. Didn't cover half the burger. The single girl at the window was doing her best. The manager was running for her, andapparently doing other things, too. Only saw him the briefest of moments tho he handed me food, looked me in the eye and SaidThank you, which no one does any more. Well the sodas machines were out of so many things that were zero sugar that in the end they ended up giving me a free orange... juice but they were all very nice and what can you say about Wendy's the food is usually good so I had the four for $4 thing andI think that's a good bargain Read more
I ordered two family nugget meals and the girl who was taking my order was very nice. The manager comes on and yells at me that... ?it?s too many nuggets and that I need to call ahead if want that order.? She repeats that a few times and the informs me that?she is the manager? I asked if she was gonna give me my order or if she was gonna keep on going. Terrible customer servicewhen myself and another car where the only ones in line. I had no problem waiting.
