We were not acknowledged at the drive thru. We waited for the food that we ordered 15 minutes and guy was eating his food while... fixing food. We drove off. You should close this close this facility or get management who cares. Read more

The time was 5 pm in the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was rude and also after making us wait an extended period of time,... told us they were out of baked potatoes. A manager could have put a sign up on the menu. Gas is too high and it is too hotoutside to wait and wait to find out, what you wanted, they don't have!!! Read more

UNFORTUNETLY I live close to this wendys and I have to go occasionally when the kids want it. There is no heat in the building.... They need to put signs up or close the lobby! It?s ice cold!! The food is always cold and burnt. This week when I was there on aThursday evening feeding my children, an employee was CUTTING HIS FINGER NAILS at a table next to mine. Along with the homelessmen that come every day to sit next to the one of two heaters they have, if you?re a woman I strongly suggest you don?t go hereas they stare you down and talk about you the entire time.
