I don?t typically do reviews but I have to brag on this store! Tonight I ordered through the Wendy?s app and (downfall to their... app, it never lets you know if Wendy?s doesn?t have baked potatoes available) when I got there the manager let me know they hadput potatoes in the oven but still had about 30 mins or so left. She said I can get you another side or you can wait or I canwork some magic and throw it in the microwave, if you give me like 10 mins! I appreciate this so much! We eat Wendy?s largelybecause they have baked potatoes, and most locations don?t have potatoes in the dinner hours, and the fact she went out of herway to make this happen is truly appreciated!!! I?m convinced all Wendy?s suck. Every time I order from this particular location I NEVER EVER receive my entire order.... Something?s always missing! Not just one thing but THREE. It doesn?t make any sense to me how incompetent this place is. Howhard is it to look at the orders and confirm you have EVERYTHING for the order. Don?t go to this one. They don?t give a f!!k,that?s for sure. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR THIS PLACE! Lucky doordash is refunding me so they won?t have any more ofmy hard earned money. Read more
This location has by far the rudest manger. We had a rather large order (which I understand sometimes things are missing in... large orders) but we were missing many sandwiches. We went back to the store after getting home (15 minute drive back) and we?remet with nothing but a rude and unkind attitude from the manager. She was not helpful until we sat there for a long while. Shefinally made us the sandwiches and shoved the bag at us. Very very rude. Would not recommend this location. Read more
The fat lady that works the kitchen never puts all the food in the bags and when you go back to get your food she insists that... your wrong. The fat woman probably just eats all of them. Seriously she?s 300 on a good day. The staff is super rude and actstuck up even through they are working fast food. Don?t recommend. This is the second time they have messed up my order. Read more
As any fast food restaurants they can mess up a order. Sometimes it?s perfect and sometimes is wrong. But everyone makes... mistakes. Sometimes the employees are very rude. But there is some that try to make everyone?s day. It just depends on when yougo. Read more
This Wendy?s is the WORST one we have ever been to. I have ordered the Avocado Southwest salad 3 times. Twice, no avocado. ... Tonight, my husband asked if there would be avocado on the salad tonight, they said yes. We ordered 2. One had avocado and onedid not. What tops that is that when I transferred my salad to a bowl from home, I discovered the salad was slimy and brown. Ihad to pick out all the salad pieces and add my own lettuce. I called, just before I wrote this review and after I finished(nicely) his response was to hang up on me. Way to seal the deal, sir! Read more
