If I could I would give it no stars, Waffle House is open 24 hours but when I came at 2:30 am the door was locked and an... employee came to the door and said ?they closed? how is a 24 hr open establishment closed??? Night shift crew is the best crew i will not go in the day time they dont show the same love nor effort they show at night.... 10-15-22 update. Server Matt so horrible never checked on us just took our order and sat down i had to ask for my check so icould go after sitting waiting for it 20 mins after eating i didnt get my check until i said my meal must be free. Just drove to Waffle house to make a to go order. The phone message said we are limiting our to go orders. They didn't want all... the orders from my co workers. Major let down. Give a concise phone message and this could be avoided. Read more
These eggs taste and smells like cleaning supplies. They have workers working in sunglasses and headphones. Serving burnt bacon.... Very unprofessional and needs to be shut down until examined! Read more
Waffle House #1020 I've been to a lot of WH. A LOT. I believe I've written about a couple locations before, but this one... warrants a good review. I walked right in and sat at the empty bar area. The dining room is about half full. The grill chef wasthe first to greet me, and take my order. She obviously knows everything there is to know about operating the grill line.There's 4 others working, and they all seem to be thinking as a hive. People walking in, and the phone ringing constantly fororders. The grill, toaster and waffle irons haven't stopped. I had my Allstar with sausage, grits and eggs within 2 minutes ofmy coffee. The grits were PERFECT. I love to sit at the bar right in front and watch how they run. Orders are yelled out, andthe team has and knows their own language. Tbones and hash browns smothered, covered, scattered and chucked. This location is asmooth running train. It is also one of the cleanest sites I've seen. My waitress Lolia and the staff was completely amazing!! The food was awesome, and even had the cook ask how it was, which is... amazing and shows they care. That's a big deal!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Read more
