I want to start by saying the food was delicious as always! If I was leaving a rating based on food alone, I would leave 5... stars. Based on my ticket from 7/23/2022 @ 11:07 AM it was Lorraine that was the cashier taking our order. She never greeted us& when she did engage she was rude & unhelpful. We had to repeat our order twice & when we asked questions she snapped at us &made us feel like an inconvenience. We honestly wanted to just leave & not continue with our order. That is how unwelcoming shewas. But, we didn?t want her to spoil our day. When we sat down to eat we could still hear her in the dining room snapping atother employees. An environment is everything to maintaining repeat business. I would not want her to be the first interactionmy guests have. Read more
The chicken here is always so moist and flavorful. I stick with all white meat 1/4 chicken and it's always good. The sweet... potato fries and plantains are always excellent as well. I usually take out or have food delivered, so I've never cared too muchabout the decor or layout. It is nice that they have a patio area that can be enclosed for the colder months. Read more
We got the Inca wrap and the quarter chicken, both with plantains. Both main courses were seasoned well but not in an... overpowering way and the texture was good. The chicken was tender and definitely not dry. The plantains were slightlyovercooked, so I would do 4.5/5 if I could. But they still tasted good, so that?s not enough to dock a star. I generally likethe overall ambiance. They had a semi-outdoor seating area in a covered area with a fan. But it was muggy outside, so we satinside. It would be perfect outside on a cooler day. The music was rock, and it seemed a little too hard for a chill eatingenvironment. It sounded like a cross between the music at Hot Topic and Abercrombie. Otherwise, the vibe was similar toChipotle. Lorraine was our hostess/server and she did an excellent job. We had never been in to eat and she was quite helpful in helping... us make our choices.she was friendly and knowledgeable. Delicious warm well seasoned Peruvian chicken. Yummy side options to go along with it. Often get the great sandwich on ciabatta... bread with bacon and avocado added or the half chicken. The yellow sauce has some flavor without being too hot. Sweet potatofries, cilantro rice, and solterito are my preferred sides. Family meal works well for sharing. Drinks are so enjoyable, butusually not worth the money for me, so I pick water. We don't go here often because of price but we have not left disappointed. Read more
