Just recently visited for my second time since relocating. Was asked a side for my wrap choice. To my astonishment, I did not... know I got a choice of side as I wasn?t asked a side choice on my first visit. Asked for chips, was told they were out. Askedfor cookie, was told I couldn?t choose that. Didn?t want slaw or a fruit as my wrap had slaw and I got a smoothie. Ended up witha banana. So -3 for the no side asking first visit, and -2 for the options second visit. Read more

Food is good but a low sanitation score and in a day when customer service is largely gone downhill, this establishment has... separated itself from the rest by being consistently the absolute worst. I just went thru the drive thru and was interuptedseveral times. When I pulled up to the window the card was taken from my hand, food given, waited several minutes for the restof my order, and not a single word was said to me. This was my first time coming to get food from here. I went through the drive-thru to place my order. I asked for extra chicken... on my salad and was charged $1.50 for it, but when I got home to eat it there was barely ANY chicken on the salad. So,basically, I was charged for something I didn't even receive. Definitely hesitant on going there again, even if the salad tastedgood without the extra chicken that I ordered. Read more

This is my first time ordering and the staff seems incompetent. I ordered via Uber last night and again today. For both orders,... I requested the edible lime straws which are a dollar each. Last night I received a regular straw. I called the manager Tracywho was very nice and promised me she would take down my name as I was about to place another of two smoothes and two straws. Nobig surprise when I get my order and there are NO flavored straws but NO straws at all! Called the manager who admitted theymessed AGAIN and told me to call ahead next time. No thanks.... I've been here twice and haven't experienced the problems other people have. The food has come out hot and fresh and the service... has been fast. I will say the food is pretty inconsistent. The first visit my flatbread was full of chicken and cheese, but thesecond time it was barely full. Fix this and there will be no issues! Read more

Horrible work ethic and customer service! We ordered online and got there at 8:45pm (15mins before they close) doors were... locked. We knocked on the door, the workers were ignoring us. Walked to the back door and employees we?re taking the garbage outand I asked for the smoothies that we ordered and already paid for. The girl laugh at me and told me ?we?re going to make them?(We Ordered 17mins ago) What???? They told me to go to the front and waited there another 10 mins for our smoothies. I go to tropical smoothie about every weekend, I tried this location for the first time a couple hours ago and hands down the... absolute worst tropical smoothie I?ve ever been to in my life, who I assume is the manager (older lady) was literally cussingcustomers who were in the drive thru line in front of my little brother and I all because they were saying ?hello?? Since nobodywas assisting them, thats not all, when we first got there to pick up our online order they had the doors closed at 8:40pm theyclose at 9pm after they finally let us in, that same lady and other girl employee for some reason were laughing at us behind ourback and being incredibly disrespectful, even after all that I kept my cool waiting on my order that should?ve been ready andexited the store. I never complain but I am a manager myself in retail and if this store keeps up with the bad management itwill go downhill very fast. Read more
