The worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. The service is fast, unfortunately about 70 percent of the time the order is wrong or... taste like it was just warmed in a microwave. A little suggestion to the owner of this taco bell. Fire everyone working thereand hire people who can read or at least has the same IQ Of a rock. Read more

This blame is partially on the car that was in front of me refusing to move, and the fact that the drive thru has no way of... getting out. But I work at a nearby business and was late getting back to work on my lunch because I was stuck in line for 29minutes exactly. Corporate send help because this isn't even the worst experience I've had here. Read more

$20 order, everything was cold, no sauce on anything, said they were out of chicken so they would give me steak for free, ended... up charging me for it and it was just cheese. If you cant do a basic job like this, you wont be going anywhere in life. Why didmy Bean Burrito have enough lettuce in it to feed a pet rabbit? Not to mention zero sauce. Read more

would give service less than a start if I could. The workers were professional enough. when I ordered the female at the window... repeated what I ordered. A chicken chalupa meal. when I picked up my food and paid, I guess they decided since it was so closeto closing they would just charge me for a different meal and then give me something else. If they had charged me for thechalupa meal and only given me this three soft shell taco meal I would have most likely have went to the window and confrontedthem. Read more

Absolute worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to food is always cold nor is it fresh. Unless it?s to get my refund I will not go back... to this location. I will drive 20 minutes to Lexington or 10 plus to the location in King. I spent to much money to have foodthat?s not edible. Read more

My wife and I love Taco Bell and this experience will in no way change that, but we had a slightly bad experience at the... University Parkway location today. She ordered "Zero Sugar Baja Blast Mountain Dew" for me over the intercom to a man. At thewindow, the lady was taking our debit and giving us our food when we saw they were giving us Diet Mt Dew instead of Zero SugarBaja Blast. My wife asked, "Is that Baja Blast?" The African American man behind her who took our order suddenly raises hisvoice in an ugly tone, "I heard you say 'Diet Mountain Dew!'" I quickly speak up and say that diet is fine in order to avoid anyproblems. I prefer Baja Blast zero sugar, but it really doesn't matter. But I'm not sure how the gentleman didn't hear "BajaBlast" and somehow heard "diet" and I don't appreciate how he spoke to my wife. The taco supremes we ordered were the soggiesttacos we've ever had at any Taco Bell I've ever eaten at in my life since they opened in the 90's. My wife believes it wasgrease, but I was so confused that I actually wondered if they had been put under a water faucet. Anyway, she's probably right, but I'm not sure why or how so much cold grease got onto our tacos. Anyway, I used to give bad customer service years ago when Iwas stressed out, so I don't want to be too harsh on the man. As a customer service worker, no, I know he shouldn't have spokento us like that. He honestly should have kept his opinion to himself and allowed the woman at the window to address our problem. But, anyway, my wife says she refuses to eat at this location for a long while now. Brenda who operated the drive-thru spoke clearly and slowly. She also didn't mind repeating herself. Her customer service was... very impressive. She kindly started a fresh batch of Nacho Fries for which she requested a mild wait to which I gladlyacquiesced. You will also observe that the Cheesy Rice and Bean burrito is wonderfully balanced with a Chipotle Saucesubstitution. Not too much bean...not too much rice...not too much sauce... harmony. Good job Brenda at Taco Bell on SummitPt! Read more

What I love about Taco Bell is their ever-changing menu items, fun collaboration, fun ???? tacos, ???? burritos, chalupas,... beans, sides, and great Baja Blast ???? soda. But this location fails when it comes to consistency, customer service, andquality. They do have ? handicap accessible parking, ???? restrooms, and seating. Read more
