Several of the frozen yogurt flavors were out, with no one to replace them. The only employee sat at the register. The yogurt... was good but a bit pricey. It was over $9 for two cups. I prefer to know how much I'm spending before it is rung up. Read more
A typical cutesy Sweet Frog location with plenty of space for people to sit. Customer service was pretty average not awful not... stellar. The night we were there not a whole lot in good selection for Froyo but had at least the basics. For a small cup fortwo people ended up costing us over $20 that's expensive!! It's tasty for sure but I will be rethinking where to get a Frozentreat next time at that price point. But if you're interested for those reading this review they offer party packages oh andforgot to mention they didn't have sample cups out that night not sure if they ever do because that was my first time there. Itis easy to walk to from the hotels or apartment complexes around there. Read more

Had an awesome experience! I tried a few different flavors, they had a BUNCH of toppings, and customer service was... fantastic! Shout out to Aidyn who had to deal with a super entitled Karen of a human right before me. Nailed the professionalcourtesy and was polite through the entire exchange. She needs a raise!
