So I arrived at this location at 8:50pm. The sign clearly states that they close at 9pm as well as Google. I understand people... wanting to go home. However when I got there and opened my car door, one of the young ladies ran to the back to shut the lightsoff and shut off the open sign. Again, I understand this may be an interesting neighborhood and safety is number one. Maybe theyshould close at 7pm to keep the young ladies safe who have to close at night. Anyway shirt story shorter didn't get a chance toget a sandwich at 8:50 pm. Read more

I came in the Subway at 8:40 pm and waited in line for 10 minutes for service. The store closes at 9pm and their was no one else... in line. Slow service. Young lady's ear bud dropped out of her ear while making my sub. She caught it before it hit my food, which was... good. But after she placed the bud on the counter, she was about to continue to make my food using the same gloves she'd justcaught her ear bud with. I had to stop her and ask her to change her gloves!!!! Excellent staff! As soon as I walked in I could smell the restaurant was clean. Amazingly, the hallway leading to rest room... smelled even better. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and conversation. The food was great and even passed myexpectations. If a sub is on your mind, Subway on University is the place to go. Read more

I Know how hard to be working with customers and sometimes it?s not pleasant it when you take an hospitality job in special... deals with different type of customer you should know the importance how to treat the customers doesn?t matter color or racealways with respect. I don?t tolerate attitude towards to myself or somebody else we are not asking for free food, I don?tappreciate for them to be smart when is about asking questions in special for a first time visiting the store. Sandwiches weremade it not good the tomatoes were out of the bread I think they throw the bag in the counter for us to pick it up. I called to see what they could do to fix my order that was incorrect. Owner refused and offered me cookies instead. The cookies... he offered were the ones also missing from my 30 dollar order. So how does that fix anything? Disappointed at how you conductbusiness. Will never return. Read more

MUST READ !!! The staff is extremely unsanitary. They don?t wear mask while preparing your food. The lady that prepared mine... coughed multiple while preparing my food. She made an excuse to why she was coughing so much blaming it on pepper & salt.Needless to say, I felt uncomfortable eating the sub at that point and they told me NO REFUND then offered to make anothersub?.. -_- ?. like if I want the same people to make another sub. Although this Subway was clean, it was disturbing to see that the food server who was going to prepare my sub wiped off the food... counter with the gloves that she was going to use to prepare my sub. I believe she thought that I did not see her unsanitaryaction because she probably assumed that I was looking at the menu, but I was actually observing her. I nicely asked her to puton a new pair of gloves after I told her what I witnessed. She did replace the gloves with new ones and I was well-pleased. Iwould like to add that she was very apologetic, and she had good customer service. People who work in the food industry need tobe mindful that we depend on them to prepare our meals safely, regardless of where we dine. I will, however, continue topurchase subs at this Subway, but I will continue to be observant on how my sub is prepared. Read more
