Starbucks is Starbucks no matter which location you go to, so I have no complaints as far as drinks and other menu options.... However, the service here is horrible and the cashier was pretty demeaning when I asked what other drink options they had thatdidn't have milk in them. I tend to not deviate from my usual, but I wanted to try something new. I guess I need to do my ownresearch before asking people that work there and know the menu, for suggestions. Read more

Management needs to look into diversifying employment at this establishment. It seems that the employees here are not as happy... dealing with minorities when it comes to serving. They need to look into better training the employees, with friendlier staff,who understands customers needs to be treated with equal respect. I'm not complaining about the drink that was ordered, but howI was treated differently, than other people that were getting their drinks. We didn't complain to the management, or ask forone at the time, but it was observant that they did not want to serve us. One of my favorite Winston Salem stops. Although known for their expansive coffee drinks, I just love a good cup of coffee with... cream. Sumatra, Casi Cielo, Komodo Dragon, and Pike Place are my favorites. Read more

Stopped on a road trip. Ordered from app in the parking lot. Went inside, used restroom and my drink was done. The bathroom... was clean! The barrista was friendly and prompt. Our drinks were prepared as requested. Two things of note - this locationdoes not have a drive thru and the parking lot is small and one way in and out. Read more

This Starbucks is a great location. The baristas were very kind, patient and made the experience that much better. I ordered a... Iced Green Tea latte decaf and they let me know they didn't have decaf and double checked to make sure I was satisfied if theyhave to use regular coffee which was just fine with me. My plus one got the Iced cinnamon almond milk machiatto and both of usloved our drinks, very tasty. Great service, calm location and overall very good experience. I'll definitely be back! Read more
