I love Starbucks but will not go to this location again. Went through the drive-thru and as I pull up the person at the window... looks at me and tells me to put my cigarette out. I am in my personal space what gives you the right to say this. Granted thereis no sign saying anything and second I am in my personal vehicle. Now surely I am not gonna go in any business smoking but inmy own car. What gives you the right to tell me what I can do in my car.. Very disturbing Read more

I loooove Starbucks and I spend a lot of money here coming almost everyday. The manager totally butchered my name and did not... even ask for clarification. I corrected her and she ignored me and one of the workers apologized on her behalf. Veryinsensitive. I will continue to come because I love Starbucks but hoping they won?t do this to anyone else. This is one of the best Starbucks I?ve been to in a while! The drive thru had a long line just like most locations but it was... very fast and efficient. The girl taking orders and working the window (I think her name tag might?ve said Jo but I can?t becertain) was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. My coffee also came out perfectly. Took us a minute to figure what we wanted. Got order placed, they even let my wife use her own container, since she can't drink... out of plastic. Friendly, fast service. Will go back. Read more

I don't mind the long waits and lines because this seems to be the busiest Starbucks in the area and the employees are mostly... nice but at this point I'd rather drive further to another Starbucks. If you plan to get any modifications on a drink, expect itto be wrong! The labels on the cups will be correct, exactly how it should be rung up yet the drink will be wrong. I've wastedso much money paying for caramel drizzle, extra shots, etc. because they will *not* be added. I once ordered shots over ice withhalf and half and the person at the window handed me just the shots and tried to say there was creamer already in it...doesn'teven make sense. I've ordered a blended pink drink and was handed a drink without any ice at all and the cold foam was halfmelted like they hadn't properly blended it. Anything with cold foam will look like they had one drop of of sweet cream left anddecided to put that on there yet you pay like $1-$2 for it. I understand they're busy and drinks won't always be made perfectlyfor that reason but too many mistakes are made.This location needs more quality control, training, and staff. Read more

I generally stop by the Starbucks once or twice a week? The baristas are friendly and The location is convenient. This location... is very busy-however the team works well and I rarely ever have to wait? The one downside to being so busy is they seem tofrequently be out of particular things, such as oat milk. There was a very long line for drive thru however the coffee was very good and exactly as ordered.
