I am sorry to say that my visit to this particular restaurant was not up to the same level as others that I have been to. We... went around lunch time but the establishment was not very busy so we were able to be seated right away. The hostess that seatedus was polite and friendly. The waitress that served us was also very polite and friendly. We ordered fried pickles as anappetizer and after about 10 minutes of them not showing up a gentleman walked over to our table who I am assuming was a managerof sorts and advised that they had made a mistake and missed the order and were getting it out to us right away and they wouldbe complimentary. That was a very nice surprise. Unfortunately when we got the pickle chips they were more like poker chips.They were overcooked and extremely crunchy. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with Yukon chips I ordered the chicken tendersand fries. My wife was disappointed with her sandwich, she said that it was very dry and she really thought that Yukon chipswere going to be something more than just potato chips. My chicken tenders and fries were overcooked like the pickle chips were.Under normal circumstances I would have brought this to the attention of a manager and requested them to remake the meals but wewere running late for another engagement and I didn't have the extra time to wait. Where we live in Virginia we do not have aRed Robin restaurant so I look forward to being able to go when I am in an area where there is one. I will not let this oneexperience spoil me from going to another restaurant in another area I just don't know if I would be back at this one when Ihappen to be back in the area. Read more

We love Red Robin and the service and food is lovely here. I suspect the star rating may be down because service at this... location, in my personal experience, was slower about two years ago. But it's speedy, friendly, and delicious now! We very muchenjoy this location. Read more

Out of stock on 2 items during My visit? No Tabasco and No ice cream Very disappointing won?t return!

This past weekend was the first time here for my husband and myself. It was also the last time at this location. The food itself... was delicious and we look forward to trying other items. Our service was one of the worst restaurant experiences. Our waitresstook our drink and food orders (easily 15 minutes between each) and didn?t see her again until we paid. We paid extra for garlicfries that we only got on the refill and not original order. She offered us to go drinks (she hadn?t given a single refillbecause that would have meant she had to come by our table) and after waiting 10 minutes for the drinks, we left when we saw herleaning against a wall talking to a table she knew while trying to avoid us looking her direction. We love Red Robin, but we tend to read reviews and the reviews on this one were not the best. Our love for RR won out and I'm so... glad we went. The service was great! The food was, as usual, delicious and we were very happy to made the choice to come. Read more

1of the Best burgers you can buy but they should for price. Great service they sell adult drinks and floats and desserts all in... all it's a great place, I highly recommend it I'm not complaining about the price just comparing it to other burger joints. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was tasty and arrived at the table quickly. However I did not like the fact... that they charged $2.99 for soda water and they charged me for 2 glasses on top of that, when you get a soft drink you only payonce and refills are free. Red Robin may want to entertain the idea of not charging for soda water when there are plenty ofrestaurants that don't, just a suggestion. Read more
