There must not be much good food in the area, If this is the bess. Looks like a run down trap house. Sign half broke off, door... handles crooked, so much grease on the floor. It feels like a ice skating ring. Absolutely nobody inside eating that should havebeen my first sign. Totally flavorless fried livers, coleslaw must have forgot the sugar tasted like cabbage and horseradish.And I think the greens are from a can. No bacon fat pieces. The food here was not only delicious, I didn't feel sluggish after eating it! The fish was seasoned well. The banana pudding... cake was light and sooo good! Inside the restaurant seemed to have a nice and friendly atmosphere. I most definitely would goback. The only thing I would change is the rice was a little on the soft side. Food is not as good as it used to be portion sizes are smaller. Prices have gone up and the quality is just not good. I called... in an order for a chicken dinner with 2 sides. The size of the leg and thigh was for a kids meal. I had potato salad and agreens. Both were mediocre. Potato salad was warm and running. The greens were not seasoned. I think I'll pass on prime tymegoing forward. I gave 2 stars for effort but it was a wasted drive and I was still hungry and ended up cooking. Read more
