My husband and I went for dinner last night and the staff was very friendly and the food was great. I tried the blackened... chicken sandwich and it was so good. My husband had the chicken nuggets which were also delicious. The lobby and dining areawere clean and drink area was well stocked with straw lids and napkins. Disgusting! I felt like I was eating in a dumpster and the employees couldn?t have cared less. One employee actually sat down at... a table covered in garbage, ate his lunch and then went back to work like it was nothing. Didn?t lift a finger to clean his owntrash up. I had dinner tonight. I am always pleased with the quality of the food and service. The team at this store are usually great.... Even tonight, our cashier was new and being trained, yet the flow was smooth. This was the worst experience I have encountered in a restaurant in a very long time. The staff acted like you were bothering... them. The chicken was horrible. Biscuits were horrible?. Chicken was overcooked an old tasting. Biscuits were hard to chew justawful. All I?ve heard from if my friends you have to try Popeyes chicken?.that was a mistake? they deserve a zero?.. I'll see if I get a response via email, have tried this new location three times now. I understand how hard a new business can... be. This location has consistently take at least 20-40 minutes for food and then the food isn't good or right. I won't goanymore at this point. We stopped at the new Stratford Rd. location around 9 pm on a Monday evening and ordered the 8-piece box with Mac and Cheese and... an additional side of slaw. FYI, the dining room closes early. We got back in the car and used the drive-thru option. The foodwas fresh, hot, and delicious. The Mac and Cheese is really good. The sandwich did not dissapoint. I asked for no ice in my drink - Got Extra ice, the mac n chz didn't even cover the bottom of... the cup, I wasn't given a spoon. My concern was the man who took my money was too busy talking to another employee toacknowledge me when I said hello. I will give this location one more try, maybe. Read more

I completely understand the ups and downs of opening a new business, however not having a phone number is a huge inconvenience... for customers. When we got home, we realized that we were missing a sandwich out of our order that is reflected on our receipt,and that the mac & cheese container literally consisted of only 2 tablespoons of mac & cheese. We do not live close to thelocation so we?re not going back today, and because we can?t contact them, our money is lost. Read more
