The service is very slow. Everytime I come here I have pull around to the front to keep their drive thru time down. The food is... good but I wish their service was better.! Read more

Been here a couple times. Last time was a bad experience. Lady held up the drive thru for 15 minutes over an apple pie. Staff... never asker her to pull off to avoid holding the line. 4 other people pulled off after we could. Wasted my entire lunch breakfor nothing. Probably won't be back. Food is OK at best. I went to this Popeyes a few months ago to try their chicken sandwich that they say is great. I was told that they were all out... of sandwiches and I couldn?t get one! How is that possible that they were out of their signature dish!!! So disappointing! SoI ordered 2 pieces of chicken instead. It was the WORST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER GOTTEN????????????. First time eating at Popeyes and I have to say that everything was much better than I expected. The season fries were good, the... shrimp were better than I expected, and the chicken nuggets were quite good as well. The only reason I'm giving four starsinstead of five is that I ordered an apple pie and didn't get it. I didn't realize until I got back. I'm sure mistakes like thishappen though everywhere. SO GOOD!! Our dinner was served hot and fresh. Chicken cooked crispy outside and well seasoned inside. The mashed potato was... smooth with just the right amount of lumps with a nice warm peppery sauce. The fries were crunchy and tender. Mac n cheese socheesy and thick. We were given A LOT of condiments. Iced tea was great! Chicken is cooked in corn oil NOT lard. The staff hadbeen accommodating and prompt. Biscuits were buttery, fluffy yet chewy, simply perfect. The Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Experience (Drive-thru edition/Friday, May 7)... I arrived at Popeyes early to beat the lunch... traffic around 11 am and ordered their chicken tenders meal with fries and an apple pie. I had been to this location before;however, this was the first time I received excellent service. I did not feel rushed at the drive-thru when placing my order.She (the employee) was pleasant and friendly. I am so used to asking for ketchup when ordering fries, so when I asked, she said;it is in the bag for you. Now, this is my type of service! Whoever was working the drive-thru should train others to do so.Consistency and good customer service are vital for repeat customers. Now that's out the way.
