Called to place an order for one of there ?crowd? specials. Seems that the calls are answered by a call center, who aren?t... familiar w/ the menu options and who also had to look up the availability of menu items and options in my area . Ordered a delivery pizza last month. The delivery driver did not have a pen and asked me to go inside and get one while he... waited at my open door. This made me feel uncomfortable. The pizza was terrible and made my family sick. I called the managerwho argued with me but promised a free pizza. I finally decided to give them another chance and a different manager spoke to meand was very argumentative and unfriendly. I finally told her never mind because I didn?t want a pizza they would probably Spitin or worse. Don?t use this location. And I don?t recommend Papa John?s Pizza as a quality product.. Read more
I usually don't complain and maybe I am just hungry. We ordered our pizza at 5:39 pm. Delivery time was supposed to be 45... minutes to an hour. We are at 2 hours and no pizza. So, we called to ask about it. The lady that answered the phone told usjust to give it some time. Really? I realize it is not her fault and probably not the drivers fault but you pay for the pizzaon line along with the tip and then you just wait. What happened to people who at least apologize for your wait. Just the orderwas 40. Not counting the tip. No apology, no anything. Do people just not care about customer service anymore? Read more
The delivery took over an hour, and I am ten minutes away from the store. I called to check on the order and the young lady... answers the phone gave me an extremely difficult time and was very disrespectful. The delivery driver was so nice and helpful.Unfortunately the pizza was cold and the slices were barely cut. I had to cut the entire pizza to make slices. Verydissatisfied. Never ordering from here again. Have ordered PJ for many, many years. The last few times nothing but issues. This time we are... still waiting on pizza after being sent a message that it was on the way 45 minutes ago and calling their phone # for arecording that said it would for fact be here 20 minutes ago. Try to talk to manager or staff and it has a silly recording on itand no one ever picks up. This place is sorry! Lost our business to more reputable pizza companies for sure! Read more
This location has went downhill lately. Super greasy ???? pizza, undercooked wings, and customer service that really lacks. It... really depends on the day but stick to delivery and avoid the store. I do like their specialty pizzas and toppings but this onecan be not worth it. They do have ? handicap accessible parking. Read more
We recently moved to the area. We ordered a pizza and side. It got delivered and the garlic knots were pretty good. Although the... garlic sauce had spilled all over and the box was soggy. The pizza was fine, but the banana pepper had a bite taken out of it.We are not happy with this and if we had seen this before the delivery person left, we would have asked for our money back. I donot recommend ordering delivery from here. Read more
