The food was not it's best but good. The employee who took my order was rude to me. The atmosphere was stressful looking.
Ticket 679 on 11/14 at 7pm. Two times now in a row ive been to this McDonald's and had the first time a lady walking around... smoking crack in bathroom witch i witnessed and told an employee they didn't even ask them to leave. Now a homeless couple hasasked me twice for money while im trying to eat. Don't come here unless you want to find drugs are get bothered and harassedwhile you eat. Will never come back Read more

One star because I had to give a star. So they laid the box of fries down in the bag to hide the fact that it was NOT large... fries. No, I did not take any fries out the box before taking the picture. No, there were no fries in the bottom of the bag. Thefollowing picture is of my LARGE fries. This location on Akron Dr is and always has been horrible. Went for breakfast, got a well done sausage McMuffin. Was asked to... pull up to a spot to wait for my single McMuffin, after 8 min of waiting I went to check what's taking so long. There were 3people I side eating and not a single person at the register, there was 3 other cars in the drive through. Why is my McMuffintaking over 8 min to be made? I just backed out the spot and left, will starve before I go back to this location. Read more

Would absolutely love if when I go through the drive-thru, the order is correct. One of my co-workers went to pick up our lunch... and when he came back I took my sandwich out of the bag, the bun was burnt and there was two pickles on the chicken sandwich.Not what I ordered at all, and who does not see a burnt bun? Who would put that out the window? What they want that if they wentthrough a drive-thru, I highly doubt it. Maybe some extra training would help them on how to build a sandwich because I had togo back and show them the burnt sandwich and let them know that this is not what was ordered. The manager that was there wassweet and had them make the correct item, but I shouldn't have to have gone back to retrieve the correct sandwich for my lunch.My other co-worker ordered a McDouble and only got one patty. Definitely not a good experience, he was so hungry though, he ateit even though it was not correct. Read more
