Planned on eating in, but barely got in the door and a con artist blocked my way and was asking for money to bury his father. I... decided to get my meal to go, because he was working the room. An employee told the manager and the manager said, "He hasnowhere to go." I know this con artist, because he tried to pass himself off as a fraternity Brother 1.5 years ago so he couldget fraternal charity. Then six months ago he was working a Dollar General parking lot. My advice; since management isn'tinterested in keeping their patrons free of harassment, find another place to eat. I know I will. Read more
I ordered through the app for inside pickup. When I arrived the doors to the restaurant were locked. I noticed they had the door... propped open on the other side and went inside. There were people in plain clothes fooling around behind the counter. I was toldI had to leave and go thru the drive thru. (if you dont have the staff the app should not allow one to place orders for indoorpickup) I went through the drive thru and no one seemed to know about my order. I was told to pull forward and park. Me and 5plus other people were all parked waiting on food. One man said he had been waiting more than 30 minutes. I told 5 differentworkers what my order was before I finally got it. My large fry carton was half empty. The burgers were sloppily put together.Oh and bonus all the food was cold. I'm sorry if yall were short handed but many of the employees were rude and dismissive. Yallalso had people out of uniform behind the counter/register. I'm willing to be understanding and patient as long as I get goodfood and good service. However I recieved none of that. Read more
Quick service friendly faces and good food that was Hot! Thank you and could you call the McDonalds on Martin Luther King and... give them tips on running their business without trying to short customers change and making cheeseburgers with the cheeselaying on the meat and NOT HEATED!!! We ordered online and went to the pickup parking spot. We waited 20 minutes, and no one came out. We tried to go through the... drive through, but there were several cars, and it was not moving. Dining room was closed. We left. There is no easy way toget a refund in the app, and the contact form from corporate says they referred to the local store. We went to Sheetz instead. Read more

The girl got mad that I asked for fresh fries .. so she gave me half a bag of fresh fries.i didn't realize until I was half way... to work. She did it intentionally I'm certain of this. The shift manager with the blonde braids wasn't professional at all. Sheallowed it to happen. The white boy who has sass and no class was rude to the drive thru people over the speaker. Yelling "howcan I help you" The lady in the window was alright. But overall I'll never eat there again. When certain managers are therethings are good. The black guy with dimples.. the Spanish lady... The white man with glass he's alright too. But the restaurantas a whole was terrible. I'll never ever..
