very bad attention. I went for the first time and had an unpleasant time. The owner's son attended me and there was physical... discrimination. There weren't many people and it took a long time to prepare 2 ice creams. I do not recommend it and I will notgo again. I have a large family and will not be going again. I will continue with the little mermaid, good attention, goodpreviews, very rich snow and very fast. Read more

I really wanted to love this place. Having never been to their Greensboro location, I?m unsure if it?s always as chaotic as my... visit or if it?s just because of how new this location is. Seating is limited and ordering is confusing. Could benefit fromsignage on where to order, increased menu visibility, and better customer service. Lucha also suffers from a giant menu insteadof focusing (and thus making great) on core offerings. Our almost $8ea (after tax) ?big loop churros? (pictured) were lackingin both chocolate and fruity pebbles. The churro itself would have been MUCH better if rolled in cinnamon sugar FIRST beforeapplying the coating and toppings. Both our churros were over-fried and dry; again I attribute that somewhat to the chaos. However lots of employees seemed to be doing ?a lot? while also doing nothing. For the price we expected a lot more. Luchasseems to excel in Ice Cream offerings as everyone (15-20 customers) we saw on our visit, all had ice cream. I rarely eat icecream and really was excited to have a churro, but sadly I was super disappointed. I would like to visit again and try somethingelse, maybe the filled churros. If the owners/operators are reading this I would suggest googling ?the loop churro? in SouthernCalifornia and maybe borrowing some of their Churro recipes... as they have the best custom churros I?ve ever tasted. Talk about feeling like a kid in a Candy store!! This place has a magical atmosphere. Very relaxing and welcoming! Very clean.... The music is traditional Latin and upbeat. The staff was very friendly and everyone was smiling. Everything prepared right infront you with fresh ingredients. Each order is a crafted piece of art. The name says it all as the decor clearly pays homage tothe tradition of the Luchador. Finally...... Delicious and worth every cent!! Read more

The bad BAD: long wait, loud music is coming from one corner of the building which is just weird, expensive 30 bucks for snacks... for 2 ppl, no traffic signs - took me a while to figure out the layout, the pager that was handed to me was dirty and bathroomwas not the cleanest. Not enough seats because people use them to wait. The good: snacks are on point and will come back justbecause snacks are delicious. Read more

My husband and I heard great things about the Greensboro shop and were so excited that the Winston one opened. I got the Legend... Beso de Angel. Soooo freaking yummy. He has the Dr. Carjeta. There are so many wonderful Mexican flavors and combinations. Irecommend taking your time to look over the menu because there is so much. My husband loved all of the Mexican wrestling decor. It brought him back to his childhood and he told me the name of every wrestler from their collection of masks. Definitelyrecommend for a wonderfully tasty treat and great decor. Read more
