Just OK. Employees courteous. Food was hot. If you like heavily breaded (battered) fish, then you will likely love Long John... Silvers. For me, not so much. The malt vinegar and the crunch of the outer coating did help me remember why I liked it as a kid.But now, It's just "waaay" too thick! (Was it ALWAYS like this??) Tried pulling the breading off, but that left only a sliverof not very tasty fish. Fries and hush puppies were pretty good. Kinda greasy though. All in all I felt like this heavy meal wasa fast food heart attack waiting to happen. I will likely avoid in the future. Guess I'm just particular about my fish. Read more

I really LOVE Long John Silvers as a chain BUT this particular location was absolutely horrible!!! The employees were... unattentive as I stood at the counter looking for help. Watching them stand & talk to each other until they finished theirconversation before they chose to come address me at the counter. I ordered a Long John Silvers family pack & was mistakenly (ithappens) given a KFC Crispy Chicken & Fry meal. I took said bag inside & advised this was the wrong order. Now in order for meto know it was the wrong order I would have had to open it correct? Okay... stay with me. The young lady working the countertook said bag from me & said "Oh this was the wrong order? Who's is it then? "Oh it's this blue car over here".... as sheproceeds to walk out the door. This place was absolutely horrible. We were passing through visiting a college student and she wanted kfc. We went through the... drive thru. THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU before us...we get told to hold on as soon as we get to the menu,ok....finally they take our order..2 meals was what I order, get to the window to wait again, then get told to pull around towait....15 mins pass and we watch them bring food out to 4 other cars asked to pull up behind us in, get their food before usand leave. At 20 mins of waiting I get tired and decide to go inside but before I get out of the car a lady brings out food. Iasked about the reason for the wait as she didn't even make an attempt to apologize for it when she shoved the food in ourwindow....she replies back with "do you see all these cars that's been out here" yes ma'am I did...I also seen us sit therewhile those cars that ordered after us left. She said "we short staffed which means you gotta wait"....there were at lease 4visible people in the back, 2 in the drive thru and 2 standing around chit chatting while she was outside yelling at me. If theorders after us could be done in a timely fashion so could ours. It was only 2 chicken meals. An apology for the wait would havebeen great and would've made the situation better but the attitude was uncalled for. We look in the bag and no silverware, nostraws, no sauce, no slaw, mashed potatoes were hard but there was only about 2 spoonfuls the container was almost full ofnothing but gravy, the chicken was hard and barely able to eat it....I will never even bother with this place again. Food was delicious . The staff on the other hand, was totally disorganized. Today 8/3/22 ,Right after 11:30 am , both registers... were closed ,one person mopping. So went to go through drive through. They said drive through closed & to go inside. So we goback inside to order and ordered. Then waited and waited. After everyone else was served. They ask to see receipt to see whatwe were supposed to get. The Staff needs to do better, a lot better. Read more

I love LJS.. the staff here are so nice. I ordered an L1 and my kids ordered from the KFC menu. They forgot my kids fries to go... with their bowls and it was no problem getting them. They didn't act like it was a bother, didn't make any faces or anything.This is how it's supposed to be done. They treat their customers right!! Thank you KFC/LJS for being courteous Read more

Was rushed while ordering at the drive thru. Ask for fish to be well done and it was barely cooked enough. Ask for crunches did... not receive. Will be my last time there ever. Read more

Service pleasant, food wasn't fresh, used a napkin to mop up the grease, YUK! Potatoes not hot, tables and chairs old, uneven,... cushions torn up. Don't get me started on the bathroom, toilets were nasty and no paper towels. Oh yeah everything was verysalty. Won't be back! Read more
