Service was terrible, they just didn't care. the food was good we got the Chicken sandwich and fries I actually think the KFC... sandwich is my number 2 Chicken sandwich. It was salty all of it was salty it was good but salty so salty i didn't finish thefries. I got the KFC only mountain dew it was very watery if hadn't been so watered down it would have tasted exactly like PeachSchnapps. they didn't give us ketchup and when we tried to ask the guy went behind the line and stayed. looked at us and actedlike we weren't there. I asked before ordering if they had cocktail and tartar sauce and the guy said yes I got my food for me and my son , no... condiments so I asked for ketchup tartar sauce and cocktail sauce , they said no tartar. Who wants to eat food if nocondiments ....the service and over cooking of food sucked. Read more
Used to be my favorite. Now I can't understand how they stay in business. Never answer phone. Act like you asked them to perform... a root canal when ordering. This was absolutely the best KFC / Long John silver's I have ate at in a long time. The place was immaculately clean, and you... could tell that the staff had great pride in the work that they were doing. The most impressive thing for me was, I could hearone of the managers working with one of the employees at a table in the middle of the restaurant, they were working on signage,and the manager was taking great interest in mentoring the employee feel like a valuable member of the restaurant staff. Youknow what that kind of leadership that the place is well ran and the employees will take pride in what they're doing. And I alsowant to say that it did show in the pride and the work that in the service they provided us. Read more
This Long John silver's is one of those hybrid KFC Long John silver's and it definitely ranks second on quality. The customer... service is hit or miss. However, the food is always hot and you can get decent ???? shrimp, ???? fish, sandwiches, and sideswhen the mood strikes. They also have ? handicap accessible parking, ???? restrooms, and seating. Food was great and the service was awesome. I travel from the other side of town because there people are so friendly.
