Tried placing an order online using a T-Mobile coupon but it kept saying unable to process. I called the store to see what I... should do but the general manager told me to come inside and place order but he couldn?t do the coupon inside. I said I neededto use the coupon and he got an attitude while raising his voice to me. I told him not to raise his voice to me and he hung upon me. I called back several times and was continuously hung up on. My daughter pulled through drive thru and the person at thewindow was very nice and was going to help, his name was Steve. But when the general manager realized she was my daughter hetold her he cannot serve her because he got yelled at by me which is absolutely false he is the one that raised his voice andnow he won?t serve my daughter my granddaughter Who is five years old and hungry because it?s been several hours since they?vebeen able to eat.
