horrible. every morning i go to krispy kreme around 8:10-8:20 and some of the time they are hot. i expect them to be hot since... nobody wants cold donuts especially in the morning. i ordered 3 plain glazed the other morning , and they were cold and soggy. iwent back through the window and adrsssed my complain to which the employee replied ?oh the machine doesn?t work thisearly?which is a flat out lie because as i said i have gone there earlier before and have gotten hot donuts. i just didn?t makea fuss about it until later when i called the complaint line, and they argued about it saying ?heat it up at home? ?we make acertain amount? first, i don?t go home. i go straight to school , not everyone just drives to krispy keene to go back home.second, MAKE MORE THEN! i?m not getting soggy cold donuts for $5 in the morning when your ONLY job is to make them HOT and notsoggy. it can?t be that difficult. i hope both of the people i talked to get fired. never going back here Read more

I went there recently on Oct. 8th and ordered a dozen glazed and received an old, half-eaten box of doughnuts with about 7 or 8... remaining. I've never experienced this and I will never come back to this location. JUST go to Stratford Road. I think thay thekids working that night knew what they were doing. Read more
Went in and asked for a dozen FRESH glazed. The woman working told me that she could not sell me the donuts off the rack that... were (HOT AND READY LIKE THE SIGN SAID) I can only get the ones all ready boxed up, so I left.
