Outside of the fact that my coleslaw order was tasty, there are other aspects of my visit to the Hanes Mall Kfc that leave a lot... to be desired. I gave the cashier a $20.00 bill. My change: $4.00. This cashier looked very untrustworthy and had I driven off,I would have been stuck. Next, my lady and I drove around to get a correction and this guy could not get the right changecorrect until after 3 times. The correct amount to give the customer is on the receipt!! People like this are either veryunderhanded or severely REMEDIAL. I think I will be contacting Corporate because if someone was not paying attention this guywould have stolen $17.00! By the way the money was folded to give you the impression that you had more bills than actuallythere. The same thing happens at the McDonald's on Martin Luther King. This is probably the worst place to pick up from in all of Winston. I do DoorDash and Uber eats and after giving them at least 6... chances now and them literally always disappointing I?m never taking an order from here again. They always have some excuse forwhy it?s going to take 20+ minutes past the expected time even if there is literally not a single customer in the store or drivethrough. I try to be understanding but there?s rlly no excuse for being this slow. Read more

I came into this KFC location, which is not my first visit, but it's been quite a long time since I've been there. There was a... long drive thru line so I went in to order. There was only one person in front of me. When I finally was able to place my orderI asked for the 12 piece bucket with 3 sides but I also asked for legs and thighs. When I picked up my bucket I thought goshthis is heavy! Well, when I got home I found that the young girl who filled my order had put in almost all "backs" and only afew tiny legs. So I tried to call the store back several times and nobody ever answered. Now, I realize that telling thedifference between a back and a thigh can sometimes be hard but not "that" hard and that is up to the manager to train employeesin the different chicken parts. The point is that I didn't get what I ordered and for the price I paid that should have been agiven. I do not know if this young woman truly did not know the difference between these two chicken parts but I will say thatshe appeared to be working hard. Things cost too much these days to not take just a little time to get it right for thecustomer. This is the Managers job. Read more
Customer service is horrible. My chicken & biscuit were raw. Called the KFC customer service line?offered to refund my money... including $10 to accommodate my order. The manager refused to honor the request. Horrible service. Very disappointed Read more
Only giving one star because I did get my food and the KFC fries were ok. The service was horrible!!! Absolutely rude and... straight up undeserving behavior towards consumers. Chicken was dry and i never get long John's chicken because i don't have oneat home. All the chicken was like pieces of planks no whole planks. Needless to say we won't be patroning there again unless weliterally have NO other option. Good luck! Read more
This place is horrible. Always out of items and condiments. Rude employees. Extremely slow. They could care less about your... experience or food. I love LJS so I keep giving them chances but I think it?s time to be done. Read more
