Received blah service at the drive-thru. No greeting just pushed to order then to pay. I can deal with that, rudeness seems the... norm nowadays. What is hard to deal with is the employee eating behind the counter in view of the customers. I am also highlyupset at how they packed my side items. I always thought cold and hot foods were bagged separately. My two individual mashedpotatoes and order of fries were just thrown in the bag with coleslaw. Got home and had to reheat the fries. Smh. I think thatmost of these restaurants are just hiring bodies to keep business open. Read more

The chicken you gave us looked like it came out of the trash. Skin all peeling off and broken pieces of chicken and bones in the... box. It looked gross. They left out one large side and gravy for the mashed potatoes. So disappointed and aggravated that wewasted our money on this trash. The workers should have known better than to give this out to customers. Read more

Not a friendly place. My order came incomplete and every time we found out something was missing the employee looked us... unfriendly. No one wanted to go there to asked about the mistake. Need to passcode to use the restroom and can be very bad ifsomeone open the door with the passcode while the person is using it. Read more

Waited today at drive-thru line to place my order which was around 4:00PM on Saturday, September 10, 2022. I wanted a pot pie.... When I placed my order the lady said they do not have any pot pies today. Okay then good-bye. Again, I am here at KFC to buy achicken pot pie and they do not have any. This is 3:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2022. Lady on speaker in drive-thru lane haddifficulty answering my questions and was giggling. Sounds like a problem here. Read more

I can?t stand when I order my family dinner and ask for a half gallon of sweet tea and get home and have unsweetened tea.... Nothing messes up dinner more than only having sweet tea to drink. People want to get paid good money but can?t do a simpletask. I?m all for everyone making a great wage. But you got to earn it!!!! Stop being lazy Read more

Blind trust report: 4 out of five star service. Friendly service, Food was correct, open kitchen floor plan, and clean parking... lot. In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at start in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust yourrestaurant? 3/6/2022. 5:15 pm. Store manager treated a female customer rudely. Customer was not satisfied and said the chicken in the bucket... was burned and requested a refund before she left the counter. The manager kept making the customer wait for over 15 minuteswhile she waited on other customers. Customer got mad and loudly requested her money back several times since the cashier hadalready thrown away the chicken. The manager still made the customer wait until a verbal altercation ensued between the customerand the manager. Customer left the store and brought her husband back in. Eventually the matter was solved. The manager put customers, staff, and herself at the risk of physical harm by PURPOSELY making the customer wait and then verbally berating her.The manager should have issued a refund as soon as the customer said she was not satisfied with how the chicken looked. Thecustomer was just as important as the other customers the manager kept purposely waiting on although the customer requesting therefund was there first. Poor management. I will not eat here again. It doesn't appear that the KFC Customer Service Dept. isdoing anything about the customer service and food quality at this location but post canned responses to the negative reviews.#1 complaint: poor service and rudeness, including from the manager on duty. #2 complaint: Poor food quality. #3 complaint:Rudeness from the manager on duty after being informed of poor customer service, poor food quality, and missing order items.
