What's the deal, Jimmy John's?!? I ordered my food online, and literally 16 minutes later it was DELIVERED to me and in my... mouth. The term "Freaky Fast" is not too definitive... but 16 minutes from ordered to delivered?!? THAT was freaky fast (anddelicious). Keep up the good work!! Read more
Used to be freaky fast but now is freaky slow. Took and average of 50 minutes on the last 2 orders at lunch time. Sandwich is... good but delivery is just too slow. Read more
I am a hugeeee jimmy johns fan in general, but unfortunately they gave me a not so great sandwich here. I am not sure if they... somehow gave me the wrong size but the sandwich was tinyyyy! The workers were nice and it still tasted alright but it was thesmallest sandwich I?ve ever bought. Read more
The Jimmy John's Experience ( Online Order/Delivery Edition). I ordered their Turkey Tom on sliced bread with a bag of chips. I... enjoyed watching my order online, which provided me a somewhat expected delivery time. Jimmy Johns delivered my food quickly,and I appreciate the fast delivery. The sandwich tasted standard and ok, and although I want to gravitate towards Jimmy Johnsdue to their fast delivery, I have a hard time doing so. I do wish the company would explore other bread options like othermajor sub-shops and sandwich variations. Read more
Food is more or less the same as every other Jimmy Johns but freaky fast is not how I would describe this franchise location. I... have been here 5+ times over the last 2 months and every time they either get the order slightly wrong (leaving onions in whenasked for them off) or they take longer than you would expect. Today was no exception, lunch rush so it was busy but while I waswaiting on the food the people making the subs asked me over the counter after ordering ?what did you get?? The guy on theregister was a delivery guy trying to help out the line but more staff training may be needed at this location. I will be back,but this location does not meet the expectations of the brand. Who knows, it may just be a lull and I?ll change the review ifit improves. Took over an hour for ONE sub combo (two blocks away) and my drink was placed in a larger cup that had soda down in the bottom... of it?? Doesn?t add up. I love Jimmy John?s, but not from this location. You?ll get faster service going through door dash. Read more
