Food was great Service was good over the phone and when I pick up my pizza.I was made to feel welcome in this location.I order... again had delivered sunday.Same lady over phone and the guy delivering.There was a problem with the computer said locationclosed and called other gave my name ask if they would call me 5 minutes later I was called.Best customer service inWinston-Salem bar none.Must place act like they doing you a favor making your food.But Not at Hungry Howie on country Clubhouserd.I have told over 50bof my neighbors and friends about this service.Keep up the great job... Pizza looks great but somehow it went straight from oven to box. Would have been extremely helpful for you all to have cut it... before boxing it though. ?Come on, man?. I got pepperoni bread too and they were cut. Welp off to the kitchen to do your jobin which I paid you to do. Way to stick it to your customer. Had a really good experience with the staff/management. after work I headed to hungry Howie's for some pizza. (it was late an... hour before closing.) The lady on the phone was very polite and accommodating to make my order. Got my two pies for a greatprice and and taste. one pizza was missing a topping (mushroom) I called today to see if they would fix the issue; spoke withmanagement and he was very kind and resolved the issue with no push back or guilt trip. Gave me a credit for a equivalent 2topping pizza for my next visit. Great service and resolve Hungry Howie's thank you. I will definitely be back. Read more
Hungry Howies has some of the absolute best flavored crust compared to any other pizza joint. The sauce is great, but is pretty... acidic if you have acid reflux be sure to take a heartburn pill ahead of time. The Howie bread is loaded with garlic andbutter, and parmesan cheese. The food is great here, and the people working here are nice and friendly. The inside is prettyclean every visit that I have had here. If you've never tried their pizza, it's a must to give this franchise a try. Read more
Disappointing Experience Ordered two pizzas online. One came without cheese. I called to ask if they could replace the pizza.... The response was "Sorry, that's how the order was placed online. We can't just give you another pizza. We can send you one for$7." I acknowledged that I'd probably hit the wrong button online. I explained that we hadn't touched the pizza, they couldhave it back, we just wanted something edible. No dice. If this business is willing to lose a customer (and take a bad review)over a pizza that costs them $5 to make, all after I tipped $5 on a $25 delivery across the street, then I'll take the hint.
