Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I?ve ever had. From the time you enter the ambience is awesome. This is definitely... 5 star dining. My wife and I were treated to dinner here by our Pastor and friend who had been here before. The wait staff wasextremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and made incredible suggestions. The hostess was a little curt. That was the only negative part of our experience, but not enough to drop it down to 4 star... review. The food was excellent, a great cut of ribeye and cooked perfectly. The parmessan eggplant was excellent as well. Thewaitresses were very attentive and quick to address our needs. Wife and I wanted to splurge a bit and go to a good steak house. Fratellis did not disappoint! Upscale, great decor, nice mood... lighting, and two waiters for just the two of us, keeping everything topped and clean. We started with crab-stuffed shrimp,which were delightful. For entrees, wife ordered a beautiful filet with lobster. I got the filet with grilled shrimp. Both cameperfectly cooked and seasoned. Our sides were great, and I highly recommend the garlic spinach! We finished with a slice ofcheesecake, which was decadent. The whole night we had several rounds of martinis -- all good (though not strong). It was aphenomenal meal. For the meal and service we got, I'd say an absolutely fair price. We'll worth it. Read more

My husband choose this restaurant last night as our weekly date night. He has been talking out this restaurant for a while, he... picks up orders from here often for delivery. This was our first time and we enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was warm andinviting. The waiter was attentive and kind, when he noticed my husband's steak didn't come out as order he immediately offeredto correct it but my husband was enjoying his meal. The food was delicious and the salad was my favorite. My husband even triedthe salad and liked it. I have been looking for an Italian Restaurant that serves a good vegetable lasagna in Winston-Salemunfortunatly I haven't found one yet however the choices on this menu were amazing. The most delicious experience was had at Fratellis Italian Steakhouse tonight. I can say that I ate the best 4 cheese risotto... tonight with spinach and mushrooms under eggplant parmesan. It was hands down one of the best dishes I've eaten. The lobsterbites are heavenly. The rolls and olive oil will transport you to Italy.
