Horrible customer service!! Sunday April 10, 22 @ 1:21pm. Called the store about my order and was treated like I was a burden... to her. Wouldn?t assist me, told me rudely. The East Coast Wings and Grill Experience (Online Order/Pick Up Edition). Who doesn't like wings? On this day, I wanted wings,... and East Coast was conveniently near. So I placed my order online with no problems. I ordered the bone-in Teri-Ginger Garlicwings with a side salad and toast. Upon picking my food, I did not encounter any issues. Once back home and eating, I felt thefood was delicious. My wings were crispy, and the flavor was well balanced, not too sweet, and not overpowered by garlic. Iwould order again from East Coast. When we lived in NC East Coast Wings was one of our favorite restaurants. Every time we come back to visit, we make a point to... stop in for wings and a skillet cookie. Like spicy (for real spicy)? Go for at least xtra hot. If you go too spicy, add a saladto cut the heat. Burgers and wraps are great too. I do wish we caught our server?s name tonight. She was fantastic.
