Slowest service through both drive thru and inside. Seems understaffed. Ordered a Large Hot chocolate and they only filled the... cup up alittle more than half way. Won?t be coming back. Read more

I was VERY disappointed trying to order the $3.00 medium Pumpkin Spice Signature latte to only be told it was regular price... @$5.00. I told the employees that even on the sign by where u order at it specified $3.00. The employee said "sometimes theyjust put those signs out there". Whatever happened to customer service? DUNKIN DOUGHNUT IF U HAVE A SIGN OUT ADVERTISING A ITEMAT LEAST ADHERE TO IT. THAT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS TO NOT HONOR WHAT U ADVERTISE!!! Read more

Whole experience terrible. Drink was made incorrectly and while the wht i believe was the manager was pleasant, the young man... Nijai, was horribly rude. Rolling his eyes and shaking his lips because I asked my drink to be corrected! I was alreadyembarrassed to go ask for the problem to be resolved but that just made it so much worse. Service was Horrible ! The cashier was mopping up a milkshake that she spilled ! She laid the mopping against the wall and,... proceeded to fix another customer's order ! I couldn't Believe that the customer allowed that ! I had been Standing there for20mins ! As the cashier just kept getting ready to get off work ! The manager came from the drive through window and, asked hadI been Helped I said No ! As I stated what my issue was she said well ok....... and took my order ! Worst DnD!!! Ordered 3 medium coffees and 2 orders of munchkins.... apparently that is too much for the kid running the drive... thru to handle.... after shutting the window in my face 3 times another came to "help". Both with incredibly bad attitudes!!!They hand me my BLANK receipt and proceeded to argue my order. After all was said and done the drive thru person acts put outwhen asked if he had given me straws!!! Hands them out the window and closes the window without so much as a thank you!! WILLNOT BE BACK almost $17 for my order!!! Read more

I placed my order ahead of time so that I could run in and grab my drink before work. When I walked in, my drink was not ready... and it took multiple minutes for the staff to even greet me. Once I told the worker that I had placed a to go order, she made mydrink. However, my matcha latte was not mixed nearly enough and there was just a layer of match at the bottom of the cup. Thedrink was also not very matcha-tasting. It was hardly even green. They also were not busy, so I?m not sure what was going onthere. Read more
