I was VERY disappointed trying to order the $3.00 medium Pumpkin Spice Signature latte to only be told it was regular price... @$5.00. I told the employees that even on the sign by where u order at it specified $3.00. The employee said "sometimes theyjust put those signs out there". Whatever happened to customer service? Whole experience terrible. Drink was made incorrectly and while the wht i believe was the manager was pleasant, the young man... Nijai, was horribly rude. Rolling his eyes and shaking his lips because I asked my drink to be corrected! I was alreadyembarrassed to go ask for the problem to be resolved but that just made it so much worse.
