Watch their so called "deals". Read the fine print lest you be disappointed. The issue is that some of your deals can be had... unless I pick them up and your ads don't make that very clear. Why should I have to place an order to be informed of that fact? Read more
The pizza was good, and most of the staff was friendly...but the guy who took my order (in person) was very rude, rolled his... eyes and sighed when he was asked basic questions, and when I asked for a receipt. And he was rude to the lady washing dishes. I'm not sure of his name but he was the tall guy with glasses (no one else wore glasses) Read more

Domino's has been there for me in life when no one else was. I had spiraled into some issues in life and was under house arrest.... I'd order from here every few days (medium, thin crust, extra cheese, ham, pineapple) and I would get to enjoy some breif humaninteraction with the driver. I feel like I wouldn't have been able to be where I am today had it not been for them reinforcingmy intrisic value as a human being. The fugue state I found myself almost drove me to the edge. I was happy with the pizza that I ordered. However, I received an offer from Domino's for a "free pizza". When I attempted to... order, I found that the free pizza was not free. First, there is a delivery fee. Second, I found that you had to spend $12before the delivery was free. So my free pizza was going to cost $12. Do, I thought, okay, I'll pick it up. I found that thefree pizza wasn't free, if you picked it up. This is typical bait and switch tactics. Yes, yes, down in the very fine print youcan read these things, but wouldn't it be great if they actually told you that up front, before you waste time. I have nowstopped ordering from Domino's Pizza, because they have failed to respond to my questions. It's clear to me that the customer isnot important to Domino's. My advice is if you're ordering pizza to reach their free pizza reward, remember that the pizza isn'tfree. Read more
I am in a small hospital. I ordered a pizza and paid for online in full. Got here would not deliver said that I had to fill... out the paperwork that includes tip. It was. Then said that they couldn't come in. Have a person seated inside the door. Itold them that we would walk outside the door and take the pizza from them. Totally ridiculous.
