My first time trying Dairi-O and I can see why they always have a long line! Great customer service and good selection for ice... cream! I love that they get all of their meat from local NC farms. *Update* Someone from the district has been in contact and fixed the matter. Very appreciative. I ordered from the drive thru.... Initially there was one person taking orders. A young lady came out to assist, but lacked customer service skills. I will say myorder was placed correctly. After leaving I realized that the order was made incorrectly leading me to contact the store. Themanager on duty, Antoinette, gave me a difficult time as I made several attempts to either have my order picked up by someone inclose proximity or refund the money paid. Unfortunately I have contacted the district office and will be discussing the matterfurther. Read more
