My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time today, we had a late lunch. Diorah took our order very friendly and pleasant. My... boyfriend had the Chudder Burger Basket and I had a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Basket, both meals were hot, fresh and delicious???? Then we had dessert my boyfriend had the chocolate concrete mixer with Andes mint chocolate and cheesecake crumbles and Ihad the Vanilla Concrete mixer with brownie bites and chocolate. Marcus served us our desserts he was very friendly and patient,especially when I didn?t know what I had wanted because of the overwhelming selections of toppings haha Both employees arekeepers! Culver's double burgers with cheddar, lettuce, tomato and pickles and swiss with grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and... bacon were great overall. Cheddar was hard but Swiss was somewhat melty. Burger was definitely high quality beef. Definitely oneof the best burgers when compared to similar fast food chains, nationwide and local. For my cheddar sliced burger, the picklesalso stuck out as delicious. Bacon on my wife's burger could have been crispier. Cheddar Curds were delicious and soft on theinside, but not groundbreaking for us as they're essentially breaded cheese stick nuggets, although I'm sure with qualitycheese. For dessert we tried to order Georgia Peach and I think some sort of eclair custard, but they were not available as theywere not the custards of the day. Instead they offered to mix vanilla custard with peach bits in place of Georgia Peach. My wifeinstead ordered vanilla custard with hot fudge and cheesecake bits. Both were excellent for what they were. I look forward totrying certain signature flavors but am unsure when they will be the flavor of the day. We will definitely come back again. Read more
Culver's Butterburgers, Fresh Frozen Custard & more... We've been here a few times now. Frozen custard is richer than regular... ice cream, cranny, cold, and delicious. Meals are made to order so you do wait to be served but everything we've tried tastesgood! Read more
In the words of Joan Rivers: Can we talk??about Culver?s? Geez Louise, it was our first time here and it was fantastic. Not... just the food, they also have excellent customer service. Hubs got the Butter Bacon Double Cheddar Burger with crinkle fries anddrink. I built my own as a single with cheddar, SHREDDED lettuce, grilled onions, mayo and mustard. I also ordered a side ofonion rings. The onion rings are flour battered so they are smooth and not mean to your mouth like panko breading. They wereoutstanding! The perfectly cooked onion ring has a clean bite. Meaning, you bite it and the onion doesn?t pull out of theremaining breading. The crinkle fries were crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside. Delicious! The burgers had a greatflavor with crispy edges. I will tell you this, the burger was so good, I regretted not getting a double. Live and learn. Wealso got a vanilla frozen custard in a cup and I got the ?mini? frozen concrete of vanilla custard with Oreos. They were both SOgood! Full disclosure?after the ice cream, I almost ordered the cheese curds. I didn?t, but I REALLY wanted to. We willdefinitely be going back. They are building a new location in Kernersville and I can not wait! We drove by the location and sofar only the foundation is poured. They need to get busy! Now, about the customer service: the young man that took our orderwas very accommodating. He was friendly, polite and funny, for both our meal order and then our custard order. The manager onduty was also head and shoulders above other restaurants. We witnessed him going to a table and apologizing. He said he knew theyoung man that took their order for a lettuce wrapped burger, but their lettuce was shredded. The customer was very nice andsaid it was no problem, she just didn?t want the bun. 2nd location visited and the food was definitely great!!! Quick tip the Kids meal has the same size single burger as the regular... meal plus you get that ice cream with it.... My 17 year old son was shocked when I ordered it for myself. ????????????. Itdefinitely filled me up. Read more
Service was quick and friendly. All employees were well dressed in crisp, new uniforms and working very hard. They seem to be... very efficient. I noticed while I was eating that an employee was wiping tables with Ecolab sanitizer. I ordered a valuebasket which came with a cheese burger, with my choice of toppings, a bag of fried cheese curds, and a drink. The price seemeda little expensive, but everything right now is expensive. Food was good and the place on a Wednesday at noon seemed prettybusy. Read more
This was my first visit to Culver's and we will be returning! Nice and clean with a good atmosphere. The food was delicious ????... fresh and hot, thank you! Customer service was great, especially our front counter server.
