We went to this location for the first time. Their sanitation rating was 92 which is one of the lower ones I've seen. When we... pulled up to the window there outside of it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The plus side was the customer servicewas great. This is a to-go fast food establishment. I ordered 2 shakes and a hamburger. One of the shakes was the wrong flavor. The staff... apologized and served me the correct shake cheerfully and without hesitation. The burger was fresh and hot. The shakes--whichare my favorite items on the menu--are delicious. you can't slurp these with a straw. Spoons are a must! This is a great placefor consistently good and truly FAST fast food. I can't rate the food because I did not eat it. But this was my first time at cookout, my passenger has been often. When I... was ordering the food. The young lady was rude and had an attitude because I did not know that the crispy chicken sandwich wascalled a chicken strip sandwich. I have never heard of a chicken strip sandwich, I thought she heard me wrong. She said ma'amwith an attitude. We went to this location for late night food and I felt rushed. With only a double drive-thru and no walk-in, I felt rushed when... the man kept asking "Can I take your order?" Not even a full minute after we just said we were looking. We are from an entirelydifferent state visiting on vacation. I saw no healthy options in the time I scanned the menu. My partner got some type ofWestern Barbecue Burger he said was all right and Cajun fries which he said were too salty. I can only base my review on theoverall experience which I was not happy with.
