Sat in line and waited because for whatever reason no one can multitask anymore. My husband repeated his order twice and they... still messed the order up. Didn't receive all of our food and then once we did, they were both incorrect. Maybe if they weren'tso busy doing other things they could focus on their actual job. And nothing frustrates me more than going to a drive thru andbeing rushed. They do that all the time here. Which is why they can't get anyone's order right ! Read more
It?s always a hit or miss when coming to this location. I ordered an Oreo Fudge Cheesecake milkshake. Tastes nothing like fudge... and the cheesecake is nowhere to be found. Even after I repeated my order 3x times at the speaker, and TWICE at the window. Itliterally taste like a regular Oreo milkshake. This has happened to me NUMEROUS times at this location. If you?re going to raisethe prices on shakes at least make sure you?re workers are going to make the shakes correctly. There?s even been plenty of timeswhere I?ve ordered a milkshake and the toppings are on top instead of mixed in. You can even tell the difference when they?reusing regular chocolate syrup instead of fudge. (I?ve worked at every cookout in Winston Salem so I know how lazy they get whenit comes to making milkshakes.) Also this company should invest in new speakers so the workers can actually hear your ordercorrectly. This cookout hasn't been good in a long time. The workers are rude to you. They never make the food right. The chicken... quesadilla never has the Chipotle sauce that it's supposed to come with, so it's always dry. Then they put burnt chicken in it.Then they get your order wrong. I tried coming here a few days ago and the workers were smoking in their car saying they didn'topen for another hour, when that isn't what was listed on Google. There's no management and the workers treat you however. It'sawful. I really hate it because I like cookout, but whoever is running it clearly doesn't care. Read more
7/28 Seem to be a slow day however I ensure to call my order back to make sure there wasn?t no mistakes. Seems like my effort... didn?t take me far, asked for cajun fries which is noted on the receipt and somehow managed to get regular fries which have beensitting for a while (not fresh) Only got 3 nuggets which were overly cooked. Gave 3 stars for the receiving my order in a timelymanner however if I known that my order wasn?t going to be correct I wouldn?t have mind waiting a little longer! Read more
order 2 corn dog tray with double Cajun fries with sweet tea. the tea had no ice an wasn't sweet. my fries have so much... seasoning on them u can't even eat them. very disappointed Read more

Pass this location up! After my 3rd straight unpleasant experience here, I see that poor customer service and poorly cooked food... is the norm for this location. This past Sun, at about 5:45 pm, I coldly received 3 napkins after I had already received my food(for 2 people) and had to wait for about 30 seconds for her to open the window back up to see what I needed. Since she didn'tinclude any in the 1st place, I didn't see the issue with giving me some at that point. Top that off with receiving a crunchy( Ikid you not) 1/4 lb cheeseburger, a sloppily dressed hot dog, and no ketchup for our fries and onion rings, and I have to saythis is enough. Stay on US 52 for a few more miles and choose a different location! Read more
I used to love stopping at this cookout whenever I drove through Winston-Salem but unfortunately it has really gone downhill. I... waited line for 15 minutes and it literally didn't move it all. Then of course I was trapped because of the line behind me. Terrible terrible experience. If you are stopping on this exit, do yourself a favor and go to the Dairy-O across the street. Get a hot dog all the way!!! Cookout management: please fire everyone at this location, increase your starting pay, and findnew people. They are killing your brand over here. Read more
