The ambiance was really cool. Very eclectic with a 20's feel. Staff were very nice. Adult milkshakes were Freaking Amazing!!!... Fantastic balance of sweet flavors and you could also tell they didn't skimp on the alcohol but it wasn't overpowering. Thefood was delicious but the champagne sauce with the onion rings had a strong vinegar taste so just be aware because it lookslike it's going to be sweeter like mayo or aioli. The restaurant was very nice, bar staff was very friendly, and all of the food was so good! Our server wasn't very attentive,... but other than that, everything was great! Highly recommend the red sangria...thank me later! Read more
This place has such a unique vibe it has beautiful architecture but, it's also casual and comfortable. The menu is extensive...... something for everyone. The food is delicious and the drinks were so interesting and good. Do yourself a favor and order thelavender margarita and thank me later! Read more
Early dinner at 4:30pm, four adults and 11mos.old infant. Waited about 20min. to be seated. Seated at covered heated patio. Menu... was extensive and innovative, So was the drinks/shakes. Service was prompt. Appetizers and main course delivered less than30min. Overall the experience was excellent. It is now one of my favorites in WINSTON-SALEM! Read more
Most people would come here for the burgers, but admittedly, I'm not a huge burger fan. Although, I manage to keep coming... back! This place seems to have options for everyone regardless so it was always an option for past coworkers and me to meet forlunch, birthdays (for which they have a special celebration), and of course casual eating...which is how I ended up back herewith my family most recently. The milkshake selection is crazy in that there's a great selection to choose from and you canorder them "wet" meaning they've got alcohol in them or have them without. My husband's a huge chocolate milkshake guy so he hadto have his. Of course, it was well-received! He proceeded to order a burger and apple slices for sides. No complaints fromhim! He thought his medium-rare request was well executed and he ate the entire thing quickly. There was a kid's menu as wellso I ordered from there for our toddler. For $6 we got a gigantic plate of chicken tenders and fries. While she wasn'tinterested in eating much of it at the time, mostly focused on the fries, we were impressed with the value. For me, I felt liketrying the house marinated beef strips, red skin garlic mashed potatoes with broccoli. It was okay. I had to ask for the meatstrips to be medium as a compromise with myself considering that it should have been well-done as a preggo lady. I wish I couldhave tried it medium-rare the way I usually like my meat. I think it was also the seasoning for me as it tasted a bitover-seasoned. The broccoli and mashed potatoes ended up being my favorite part of the meal! Broccoli had a great taste to itbeyond just being boiled/steamed and the mashed potatoes were buttery. Had some left-over beef strips that baby lovedafterward! Cin Cin is a safe bet for most people and because of that, we'll likely come back again in the future! Read more
The Cin Cin Burger Bar Experience ( Online Order/Pick-up Edition). I have passed Cin Cin a couple of times. However, it is in... an odd side location, so you will miss it if you drive too fast. So on this day, I wanted a burger. I viewed their menu onlineand liked that they offered a slider option to taste two or three of their burgers. So I ordered the Bootleggers Bourbon slider(Bourbon molasses glazed with caramelized onions, bacon, and pimento cheese) and the Speakeasy Deluxe slider (American Cheese,Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Champagne Burger Sauce), and a side Caesar salad. I had no issues placing my order online. Oncearriving at the restaurant for pick up, my food was ready. I did not have to go far as my food was near the door. Once home andready to eat, my food tasted great. The Speakeasy was juicy, and I enjoyed the Champagne Burger Sauce. The Bootlegger was goodbut slightly sweet, but I did like the caramelized onions. The price of my meal was not bad for the amount of food received. Itruly enjoyed my meal, and I would go back to Cin Cin again. Read more
The best burger, fries, and shakes we've ever had! The menu is so amazing that we want to make the 3 hour drive back to try... *everything*. Chicken and waffles, chicken sandwiches, burgers, shakes, mixed drinks, and more. The burgers and shakes were *sogood*. We had the salted pretzel and cinnamon bun shakes. The "sidewinder" fries are thick and perfectly seasoned. I had chilion the side with my burger and it goes really well with the hot chips and ranch. Excellent service and a great atmosphere aswell.
