Be aware before leaving this place look at your receipt. I paid in cash and card. The worker(MARCUS ) are stealing money and... looking at your cards to scam us.i watched him do math on his phone to keep as a tip he then over charged me and got anattitude. I understand you guys need a raise but do not steal from paying customers ????????????????????. Will not come hereagain. I ordered the 20 piece dark meal with 4 biscuits, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I ordered 2 drinks which was at... a separate charge. The chicken was not good at all!!!! The chicken was over cooked and didn't have enough season!!!! I had to myspecial touch to the chicken so that it would be edible to myself and my husband!!!! I used to live in Winston and this was my family?s fav spot to go for chicken. But I haven?t went to Winston in a while and... decided to stop by with my mother and we got Just a box of those honey butter biscuits and some sweet teas. And let me tell youright now? those biscuits are just as I remembered. 1 word?HEAVEN. If a thanksgiving meal just comprised of those biscuits we?dbe on cloud 9. If I was on death row and had to name something as my last meal it would be those honey butter biscuits. ????theywere fresh and the woman was so sweet at the window and threw extra honey butter on them. Had to wait in line for a little bit, but it was worth it. The food was hot and delicious. Staff seemed to be a little stressed,... but understandable with staffing issues. The cashier was still polite and friendly. Read more
The food is always great but the wait time is like 30-45 minutes. They are always out of spicy chicken. And the drive thru... speaker doesn't work. But the food is on point I just accept that it will take awhile Read more
