Sorry...not sorry but I'm not a member of the Chick-fil-a fan group. It's good on random occasions but it's not favorite. I... had a breakfast biscuit. The biscuit and egg were good but the sausage tasted like it was crusted with burnt grease from thegrill. Not the first time but enough times to make me skip the breakfast menu all together. We ordered a bunch of nuggets for a house warming party to put on a tray and prepaid on app to pick up quickly, but they lost... the order and it took forever! The food is normally good here, but the service is inconsistent. Not the standard Chick-fil-A isknown for. Read more
I ordered a fruit cup only strawberries for my best friend who is in the hospital with her newborn baby. All the wanted was... strawberries and o pull this out of the bag. Paid $3.55 for 4 quarter cut pieces of strawberry. This is unacceptable. Read more

I have changed my mind about this location! Unfortunately, I have to take my starts to two stars, It use to be Great food and... service! Time after another, I order a sandwich one for me and one for my wife I specifically say do not add pickles! and one ofthe sandwiches I don?t want tomatoes, yet the sandwiches came and guess what? they both had pickles and tomatoes even though itsays on the box no tomatoes and no pickles. this happen in curbside as well as in delivery for the sixth time in a raw. Justrecently few days ago I ordered a delivery and same thing happened besides that the fries were cold and not done! Not to mentionam less than 7 minutes far from this location! Sorry but after the fifth time No can do! They need to do more work and payattention to details. Read more
I am so upset with this location of Chick-fil-A (the one at Hanes Mall Blvd, Winston-Salem). In our last visit we ordered their... chicken salad to go. Well long story short, we found a bug, actually alive in our salad. That's disgusting! You just completelylost a costumer and I will not recomend this place to anyone. Read more
I went through drive-through and ordered spicy three-piece large fry and a Arnold Palmer. Once I left the drive-through and got... home I noticed that I did not have a spicy chicken strip meal I went back to Chick-fil-A went inside and told the gentleman atthe counter what I had ordered he opened the bag put his hand inside the bag looked inside closed the bag back and went overto a lady at the drive-through window. He said something to her she opened the bag took out the strips looked at me put thestrips back in the bag and walked over to me and began to tell me that they do not serve spicy strips. I told her at everylocation that I?ve gone within the last few days I?ve ordered the exact same thing. She got aggravated and said what do youexpect me to do there?s nothing I can do to accommodate you because we don?t have spicy strips. she was rude and began gettingaggravated she started slamming the food down and telling me swinging her head and arms that there was nothing she can do for meand I can have my food back I told her I am not taking that food back that she and the guy put their hands in that bag andFondled with that food after ringing up and taking money at the register and that it was unsanitary. she told me that there wasnothing that she can do and that I can have my food back or she can throw it in the garbage. At that point I asked to speak toher manager she leaned over and spoke to a man standing right next to her at the next register he came over and proceeded totell me that they don?t serve spicy strips. I explain to him that she had a bad attitude and I did not like the way she handledme his response was I?m exactly right and she shouldn?t have even spoken to me because she is not the manager he is and that hewill deal with her he said he can refund me my money and threw the food in the garbage when I looked at my bank statement dayslater he had only refunded me for a three piece spicy strip not to mention that he never handed me back Read more
