Still like a Burger King burger. This location is OK, the line can be a little long at night. Don't know if it is a staffing... issue. Food is still good and the staff do the best they can. Still recommend for a quick meal. Read more

Been here three separate times and all three times I ordered four rodeo burgers. The least amount of time I waited was 16... minutes for four burgers the size of sliders. A change of management is in order. Read more

No frozen coke my whole 15 days in town. And ordered 2 chocolate pies through drive thru after finding out no frozen cokes ( my... favorite) noticed my 2 pies missing from bag. I tell window worker who proceeded to get another bag and walked away to returnwith what I thought would have been my pies???? I drive away, get back to my hotel & open the bag excited & wow, just wow, myheart broke. It was a cold large ff. I don't eat ff. I didn't even order ff. Was it on purpose or just human error? I will neverknow because I will never go back there, ever. Read more

Very polite staff, quick and accurate. Very pleased that they were staffed and open late night. Several other local options were... prematurely closed "due to staffing problems". Always enjoy the food at BK and this one did not disappoint!! Read more

Thoroughly disappointed at this BK location. The food, once we finally got it, tasted good but the service was poor despite... them being not busy. The worst part was the manager's attitude. I told the cashier I wanted the $5 meal deal as posted on theoutside window that included the Jr burger, nuggets, fries, and drink. I noticed on the receipt that it was only rung up as theburger. I explained this to the cashier who had no clue what deal I was talking about. I took a picture and showed it to her onmy phone. Simple mistake, right? The manager's attitude when trying to fix the order was very rude. He got all mad (eventhough I calmly and nicely explained the mishap) and started yelling at his employees to lock the doors right away so no othercustomers would come in and to close the drive thru at only 8:30. About 10 minutes later, while still waiting for our food, wewere told they only had nuggets and not the chicken fries my daughter wanted. Same thing with the frozen drinks - we were toldthey ony had 1 flavor (which we got) and when my mom ordered after us, she was told they only had a different flavor. Here is apicture of the "blueberry" frozen drink my mother was given. I'm not sure if the syrup was low or what but every blueberrytype drink I've ever gotten was blue. The cashier had no idea what color the frozen drink was actually supposed to look likeand shrugged it off. To me, it looks like frozen mold. ???? I can't comment on the taste because my poor mom was too scared todrink it. We just counted our loss on the frozen drink she'd paid for and I still only got part of the meal I ordered. I love the new renovations and updated store at this Burger King. Excellent ???? burgers, ???? fries, ???? chicken sandwich,... chicken fries, ???? salads, and also a fairly tasty ???????? breakfast. They make it easy to check out the menu online or onyour phone and the wait times aren't too bad either. inside they also have ? handicap accessible seating, ???? restrooms, andparking right out front. Customer service can be hit or miss. Read more

The 2-stars is for bad food but stellar service. I ordered a fish sandwich & chicken nuggets and went I arrived home, I saw... that the food was nearly black. Having worked at a BK before, I knew the coloring had to do with old oil, and that's why I'mwriting this review. BK likely has an oil changing chart that the staff has simply ignored. Ignoring the protocol to regularlychange oil and throughly clean the fryers makes me wonder how well they are sanitizing the place. That said, the manager wassuper friendly, admitted that she knew the oil needed changing and said they were going to do it later today. She offered toreplace the food, but in a pandemic, who is taking the time to go to a drive-thru more than very very very very very rarely. Read more
